Ordered blizzards yet again ( dumb me) delivery (doordash) and paid for EXTRA ingredients in blizzards....guess what...we had barley any ingredients at all maybe 1 oreo in an medium blizzard. Then my son's other blizzard was the same way. These places just have no cares about customers anymore. Never again will I order from this Dairy Queen.

It's a Dairy Queen, your basic ice cream fast food combo. Not as specialized as just an ice cream stand but good variety of soft serve.

Their white gravy has been way to liquidy lately basically not edible.

The food just wasn't good. It was so greasy it made me nauseous. I ate one chicken strip and two onion rings and threw the rest away.

Don’t eat here really, but I pick up delivery here for door dash. Every employee is super nice and is very fast service. Not like the Taco Bell across the street, where the employees stare at you and offer zero assistance. Or they’ll take 30 minutes for a couple items.

asked for a pumpkin milkshake because I had ordered one from a different Dairy Queen and it was amazing! I was super excited to drink it but tragically I take a sip and it’s RANCID tastes like spoiled milk! I know it wasn’t the ice cream because my friend had ordered ice cream and that was definitely not it. I usually don’t do these things but I go back and explain the whole situation basically stating that it just taste funky.All the workers then proceeded to ALL look at me crazy and say “there’s no way it’s spoiled” as if they’re the one’s drinking it?? I know what a milkshake tastes like and that wasn’t it ,what they gave me was spoiled milk! Instead of apologizing and asking if I wanted it remade they were quick to just gave me my money back?!? when i just wanted a milkshake , worst costumer service i have ever experienced!!!!

Went through the drive thru. Absolutely disgusted with this location. Ruined my child's experience. After every item placed they were asking anything else to the point I had to tell them I have a HUGE order. Then my child wanted a brownie cupfection but blizzard style because it was too big for him to have because he’s 8. The Dairy Queen workers told me they were unable to make it work. So I had to ask if I could make/create my own blizzard and they told me yes so I added everything to the blizzard that would be in the brownie cupfection. Just to get to the window and them blame the speaker outside. Yet when we were ordering the manager tried jumping in. I asked for the “servers” names and they weren’t able to tell me because there are too many people on the speaker for them to tell me.

my friends and I come here often and the night shift crew on monday nights is always really sweet. they tolerate us coming in late at times and we're really thankful for that. thank y'all for good vibes and good food! :) shoutout to the night crew

This location is worst around by far. Ordered a few things that were wrong by the way, plus a large chocolate sundae. I went to remove the lid and it poured out like a fountain of milk because they overfilled cup and just put the lid on it, so as it melted , surprise I wear it! They need better training or training period may help.
