I’ve been to this location several times and nothing is ever done right. Ice creams are always missing topping, orders are wrong they never add everything in the order or the servings are mediocre. This time I ordered a royal New York cheesecake without strawberries and added salted caramel truffles to it, and 2 Oreo and brownie cupfections. The blizzard had no truffles and the strawberries were still added after asking for none. As we waited in the window for the cupfections I asked about the truffles and the guy said they had none yet failed to ever mention it at all. The cupfections had barely any ice cream making it the driest I’ve ever bought. Idk what’s going on in this location but the quality and service has become terrible.

I went up to the drive-through line at 11: 16 October 12 there is a white girl with brown hair she would not take my order. She said give me a second and I waited at least 10 minutes. I drove by the window and she was just staring at us. She did not want our business very unacceptable.

I ordered online and they even didn't know how to find my order. When they gave the order to me, they gave me another kind of Blizzard with nuts instead of the Oreo Blizzard that I ordered and I paid for extra oreo. I had to eat it because I was already on my way home. If some is allergic to nuts have to be careful when they order here.

Every time I have come here, the staff have all gone above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of. The foods amazing and the place is always clean. Chad helped me today, and I really appreciated his service.

Ordered blizzards yet again ( dumb me) delivery (doordash) and paid for EXTRA ingredients in blizzards....guess what...we had barley any ingredients at all maybe 1 oreo in an medium blizzard. Then my son's other blizzard was the same way. These places just have no cares about customers anymore. Never again will I order from this Dairy Queen.

It's a Dairy Queen, your basic ice cream fast food combo. Not as specialized as just an ice cream stand but good variety of soft serve.

The food just wasn't good. It was so greasy it made me nauseous. I ate one chicken strip and two onion rings and threw the rest away.

Don’t eat here really, but I pick up delivery here for door dash. Every employee is super nice and is very fast service. Not like the Taco Bell across the street, where the employees stare at you and offer zero assistance. Or they’ll take 30 minutes for a couple items.

asked for a pumpkin milkshake because I had ordered one from a different Dairy Queen and it was amazing! I was super excited to drink it but tragically I take a sip and it’s RANCID tastes like spoiled milk! I know it wasn’t the ice cream because my friend had ordered ice cream and that was definitely not it. I usually don’t do these things but I go back and explain the whole situation basically stating that it just taste funky.All the workers then proceeded to ALL look at me crazy and say “there’s no way it’s spoiled” as if they’re the one’s drinking it?? I know what a milkshake tastes like and that wasn’t it ,what they gave me was spoiled milk! Instead of apologizing and asking if I wanted it remade they were quick to just gave me my money back?!? when i just wanted a milkshake , worst costumer service i have ever experienced!!!!
