The biscuit was good but the wait was more than 15 minutes and to get out of the parking lot was very difficult and dangerous.

I received a coupon book and wanted to use two of the coupons in the mail from this restaurant and decided to stop by for lunch. When it came time to pay, I handed them both coupons. The staff told me they could only honor one, which I understood — but I asked if they could ring up the food separately so I could use the second coupon on a separate order. They refused and said it was “one per day,” even though the coupon clearly said “one per person.”
As I was trying to explain this, some of the employees started laughing, which I felt was rude and unprofessional. I then asked for one of the coupons back so I could drive around and use it again, but they told me they wouldn’t serve me at all since I had already “done business” with them. At that point, I declined my order and went elsewhere.
It was disappointing because I wasn’t trying to take advantage of the offer — just follow what the coupon said. The way the situation was handled, and the lack of respect shown, really left a bad impression. Even management was rude to me and was said the same as the

They always seem to get my order wrong or make it sloppy. Other than that the place is okay

Food was typical fast food. The service was sub par. The young lady at the register didn't seem to want to be there.

So I went to Green Street Dairy Queen around 8:35/8:40pm on 7/20. I pull up and immediately I’m met with “what do you want?” I say medium cotton candy blizzard, before I could finish she says “what else?” I say nothing and she says “5.77” nothing else. She was obviously really annoyed that I was there. I’ve worked restaurants my whole life so while her tone aggravated me a little, I was willing to look past it. Maybe she’s having a bad day, hey we have all been there. So I drive off thinking nothing of it.

I got to the drive-through & hand my car to a much nicer man. While he was running it, the girl came up to the window with my blizzard. She says “heres your cotton candy blizzard” & I could tell that It was obviously the same girl…
Well as she was already mad, she tosses the throws my blizzard in my hands, and that’s not normally how DQ employees hand them to us so of course I do not catch it. It falls to the ground. She yells damn it, slam shut the sliding glass door, and starts yelling inaudible things, and everyone working in the Dairy Queen looks at me. There must’ve been 10-15 people staring right at me. I am in shock.

The guy with my card comes back gives it to me and I am in shock. I wasn’t expecting everyone to look at me. I literally didn’t even say sorry.
He can tell my facial expression and says don’t worry about it. You’re fine and shuts the door. People are still looking so I almost just drive off. I’m embarrassed but I didn’t think I did anything wrong. then he comes back a little later with my blizzard so I just accept it and drive off apologizing

I am a human and I make mistakes just like everyone else but I’m almost certain that the blizzard drop was not my fault tonight. But more importantly, her yelling and hollering, drawing attention to let everyone in the building know that I did something wrong… it’s embarrassing. It’s degrading and demeaning. I had everyone looking at me like a criminal. Honestly it’s just MEAN! She was very unprofessional and rude I highly encourage reader to do something about this ordeal.

Asked for a chicken biscuit dipped in gravy and this is what I got. As if a tablespoon of gravy is what I asked for. Chicken is dry, the hash browns are so greasy it slipped out of my hand and had no seasoning

Food was great but they forgot my egg on my platter. Seemed in a rush. Looks like fingers poked holes all over my pancakes.
