Went through the dive through on my way home. Ordered burgers and drink. They didn’t listen when asked for light ice in my drink. It had all ice and very little drink. I asked them to fix the drink and got an attitude. After receiving the food and leaving, when I went in the bag to get the straw and napkins there wasn’t any.
Asked for extra topliyin my blizzard, was charged but didn't extra..

I've stopped in here several times in the past few weeks and the service is great. The guy that was on the front counter (I believe he's a manager) was super friendly and helpful. Very nice guy!

I absolutely love Gainesville, GA DQ! We just moved here from a town not having a DQ. I always purchase the $7.00 cheeseburger with an upgrade to a chocolate brownie blizzard. Love that country music is played!

Came from fishing and wanted to wash my hands and use the restroom. Knocked on the door and an employee is sitting on his butt and on his cellphone. Dude, get up and do some work. There's customers that need assistance.

This store is well-located at Shallowford Rd between the Truist Bank and the Waffle House. Always serves a great Peanut Buster parfait!!! Yes!!!!!
