I absolutely love Gainesville, GA DQ! We just moved here from a town not having a DQ. I always purchase the $7.00 cheeseburger with an upgrade to a chocolate brownie blizzard. Love that country music is played!

Came from fishing and wanted to wash my hands and use the restroom. Knocked on the door and an employee is sitting on his butt and on his cellphone. Dude, get up and do some work. There's customers that need assistance.

This store is well-located at Shallowford Rd between the Truist Bank and the Waffle House. Always serves a great Peanut Buster parfait!!! Yes!!!!!

I've always loved DQ, and it was my first job, my mother’s and brothers. But it was different 30 years ago, and I've just not been satisfied until this DQ. They seem to actually care. My food is always hot and their breakfast is fire!

Usually they are honest. Usually good experience but not this time. I asked how the lunch specials go and do they have chicken stripes lunch he said yes it come ls in a 3 piece, 4 piece and something else. I said I will take the 4 piece lunch well guess what found out that's a lie after paying and looking at the receipt. I go back and question again and he said the lunch only comes in a 3 piece. Well keep your lunch it's not worth $9 if I can't get a drink to wash down your saltless dry fries

Went 2 hrs before close and sat for 10 minutes in the drive through with no answer. Ended up having to go In. Terrible service the guy at the counter was rude and just kept saying “we no longer do that ” to things that were still displayed on the menu. Then waited for two blizzards that were absolutely trash. They were melted & not what I expected for DQ ice creams. Terrible experience for the 5th time. I think it’s time to try a different location or just go to Culver’s. Much better service & consistently great service & food.

Ordered a four piece chicken strip basket, received what looked like chicken nuggets. So I would say I received a two piece chicken strip basket. For the price paid, not too happy.

It took about 10 minutes for my banana split. When I got it, there was only chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and a banana. Still good quality. Just missing the pineapple and strawberries, so I was a little disappointed. Everything else was fine.
