Our order was wrong again and my pizza was burnt so badly I couldn't eat it. We've given them several chances this was it. No use in calling corporate they never respond anyway. We'll just go with Papa John's from now on.
Bad service all around. Had to cancel order to not being delivered and associate hung up on me.
REALLY disappointing experience with Dominos on Dawsonville Hwy in Gainesville tonight. I placed my order at 7:29pm with an expected delivery time of 37 minutes. At 7:38 Christopher started quality checking my order. Perfect! That was the last update I received. I called the store at 8:42pm to get a status update for my order. Still sitting there.
