Domino's Pizza

Stop the boring pizza orders!!! The new chicken, bacon, ranch with jalapeños and wing sauce drizzled over it just took Domino’s to a new height! What an amazing, flavorful pizza! I ordered online and pulled up to the window and had to wait about 7 minutes. I was ok with this as I went on to receive a piping hot, right out of the oven pizza. I got it on thin crust which is my fav since I’m not big on bread. It’s a must try, must have, must eat kind of purchase. There are coupons, so order today! With all of this said, I am ALWAYS met with friendly faces and polite gestures. I highly recommend. We stopped eating Domino’s for years and these guys have brought us back into the fold.

If I can give zero stars, I would worst service I’ve ever had took almost 2 hours to get the food. Went up there to get it because it was taking so long and it would’ve had been delivered as I was getting there. You cannot purchase two sandwiches to have double meat on one. 6 people inside there not one of them is equivalent to 1. three drivers two hours. That is ridiculous, will be not going back or recommending to anybody I know. I hope they realize word-of-mouth in a town for a restaurant is everything. ( I did not talk to the call center. I made sure I talked to one of them in their store because of wanting double meat.)

It's a dominoes, but it's one of the best ones!! Food is always 👍. We've had a few problems with orders but that's to be expected for a chain of pizza places. The employees here, cooks and delivery people are on time and doing a great job! 👍

Waited over 3 hours for our our delivery, kept saying it was gonna be another 30 mins… another 30 mins… you’re up next don’t you worry.

3.5 hours later it arrives cold. Manager Russell wouldn’t even comp our meal. Offered a voucher instead. Like we are going to want to order from here again? Nope.

Completely waste of our Sunday night.

Update to add: order was placed at 6:09, we just received it at 9:50. Food is lukewarm at best. We live barely a mile from this store. The poor driver thanked me for being nice & said she's been getting cussed at all night. I'm not this kind of person but I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Ordered delivery tonight, website said 30 to 40 minutes and after placing the order I got a call saying it would be closer to an hour and a half, maybe a little more. It was fine, we weren't starving. It has taken over 3 and a half hours and we still haven't received our food. I called the store 3 times and asked for updates bc the website wasn't updating the delivery status. When I called the 3rd time, it had been a solid 3 hours since placing the order and all the manager could offer was a $20 credit on our next order and said we would have our food within 20 minutes. It still isn't here and I called 30 minutes ago. I get being shorthanded on drivers but a 3 hour wait is INSANE. At least be honest about the timeline when the customer calls to ask about their food.

After ordering DOMINOS from my home for over 20 years The Limestone Parkway location now WILLNOT DELIVER here anymore. We are only 6.3 miles from this store's location. What kind of management is running your Company? Just how far will your delivery go, out to your parking lot? Looks like Papa John's is the place to go. Good Buy from a longtime customer!!!

We ordered delivery and when placing the order it said 20-30 minutes. It took over an hour to get our delivery. The order was marked as delivered about 20 minutes before we actually received that order and the driver said she was the only driver they had. They need to treat their staff better, the poor driver was completely exhausted.

What if given zero Stars If it were If it were possible. My husband ordered at 7:45 at 9:24 asking what was going on where is his order and we were told it was about to leave the store. Anyone with children knows there's a small window between when they will eat and when their too tired to eat so at this point my 3yr old went to bed hungry and all they could do at this point was cancel my order and say theres a 20 dollar credit on my phone number.. Maybe nextime if you know your short staffed give someone a heads up.. I would have ratherStop on my way home from work grab my husband and my child's foodStop on my way home from work grab my husband in my child's food and not waisted our time and let my child fall asleep hungry. Will not be dining here again and will speak to corporate and management in the morning. We had an 60 dollar order.
