Very disappointed. Ordered a large, build your own pizza. When I got there he said it was in process and would be a couple more minutes. Waited 10 or 11 minutes before it came out. During my wait I partially overheard a conversation about a problem with a pizza that was supposed to have pineapple but didn't. That was about the time mine was supposed to be ready. A couple of people conferred over the situation but nothing was said to me. The pizza was burned some on top, very little cheese or tomato paste. Everything was overcooked except the pineapple and 3 pieces only had toppings on the bottom half of the piece. I realize this was a short term special, but a special is only special if the pizza lives up to its advertising. This is from one businessman to another businessman. You can't fix a problem you don't know about.

Only half my order was correct. Not surprised—looked like a bunch of teenagers running around with no direction or leadership. My order status said “done,” then suddenly switched back to “baking,” which just added to the confusion. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

This is the third time my order has not arrived.
I made the online order an hour ago, and the pizza delivery guy left 30 minutes ago according to the app, and it still isn't here. I live two minutes away. I called to see what's going on, and they said hes two minutes away. I told them its inaccurate because it had told me for thirty minutes he's two minutes away and did nothing about it.

there is a CSR name Cain who I have dealt with a few times and gave absolute excellent service. Pizzas were delightful, made correctly and delivered in a timely manner. we would recommend this pizza to anyone and everyone! Thank you Cain C Johnson

Food is good as usual. But the staff cant seem to get order correct. Got our pizza but no drinks. Called the restaurant and was told they would run them back. Never got them. This is the 2 time this location has messed up our order in the last two weeks. We won’t be back

It’s a dominos. What else is there to say? If you come for pickup they’ll ignore you at the drive through or tell you they can’t “walk across the parking lot” even though that’s an offered service in their app

This place is hit or miss. I ordered a pepperoni specialty pizza with lite sauce and a cup of ranch. What I got, was a pizza that looked weird. Minimal pepperoni, lite cheese NO SAUCE and no cup of ranch that I paid extra for. It was like eating cardboard. My last pizza was really good. We ate a few slices, because we were hungry, but we couldn't stomach any more. Guess I'll be calling the manager tomorrow. I'd share a picture but there is no option.

Ordered take out, waited an hour and 45 min. Called because it wouldn't update on app and they said their were 3 more deliveries before us. We said we'd come get it, they seemed to think it was funny as I got my food. Service sucked!
This place has the BEST delivery person ever and a great staff. Very very happy!!

Whatever time line they give you when you order your food for pickup, double it. Do not trust the tracker in the app. It is never even close to accurate.

I ordered delivery, but was highly confused by the treatment of my order. The driver dropped off the pizzas on the ground in my entryway, made no real attempt at notifying us. I looked back at my Domino's app, and it said it was delivered over 10 minutes prior. So my food sat outside without me knowing. I order from this Domino's quite often. This was highly surprising, unexpected, and disappointing for me and my family.

I'm bummed my light sauce pan pizza had extra sauce light cheese, but when the Gm told me that's what it's suppose to look like, even if they made another it would still look like that. I paid extra for it to be worse. The other light sauce pizza was perfect. The pan pizza was awful. Too much sauce. Almost even tasted not fully cooked. It's a shame the GM could care less about quality.

Ordered the Pacific veggie- did not have the extra cheese I ordered - looks like barely any cheese - was cold and I made the mistake of not getting the thin crust (forgot) I went by the photo and I thought it came with with no spinach but green peppers? ?
(got the other night with no spinach ) A huge disappointment and we couldn’t eat it They did say they’d credit it
(Also had the same about a few days ago and it was great ?♀️ )-
