Ordered take out, waited an hour and 45 min. Called because it wouldn't update on app and they said their were 3 more deliveries before us. We said we'd come get it, they seemed to think it was funny as I got my food. Service sucked!

Whatever time line they give you when you order your food for pickup, double it. Do not trust the tracker in the app. It is never even close to accurate.

I ordered delivery, but was highly confused by the treatment of my order. The driver dropped off the pizzas on the ground in my entryway, made no real attempt at notifying us. I looked back at my Domino's app, and it said it was delivered over 10 minutes prior. So my food sat outside without me knowing. I order from this Domino's quite often. This was highly surprising, unexpected, and disappointing for me and my family.

I'm bummed my light sauce pan pizza had extra sauce light cheese, but when the Gm told me that's what it's suppose to look like, even if they made another it would still look like that. I paid extra for it to be worse. The other light sauce pizza was perfect. The pan pizza was awful. Too much sauce. Almost even tasted not fully cooked. It's a shame the GM could care less about quality.

Ordered the Pacific veggie- did not have the extra cheese I ordered - looks like barely any cheese - was cold and I made the mistake of not getting the thin crust (forgot) I went by the photo and I thought it came with with no spinach but green peppers? ?
(got the other night with no spinach ) A huge disappointment and we couldn’t eat it They did say they’d credit it

THEY CANT CUT PIZZA every time o get dominos it wounds up ripping apart not correctly cut. Half azz pizza cut. Got a pan pizza tonight and it was okay. No very much sauce a lot of cheese. Dominos is a hit or miss papa John’s is right next door to my Kroger but they are expensive. I don’t think I’ll get dominos again.
This place is a disaster. Placed an order on the app and waited around for an hour and 15 min. Called just to check the status and the guy put me on hold for 10 min to “check on that”. I eventually hung up and called back and immediately was put on hold again. I hung up again and called once again. Then the guy rudely answered and told me he can’t figure out what happened to my order if I keep calling. At this point it’s been over an hour and a half. I voice my, complete justified, frustration with them and he then proceeded to tell me that he was cancelling my order and I was “getting no pizza tonight”. In his simple mind I was being unreasonable to expect my $60 order to be delivered in less than 2 hours. They’re idiots and could care less about service. Avoid this Domino’s

I have continuous issues with this location they just make a pizza with no cheese or toppings on it leaving you feeling very depressed and deprived of what you paid for especially after driving all the way to the store to pick your order up just to have to deny it for the fifth or sixth time

No stars this place is a joke canceled my order because they can't deliver so I agree to come pick it up and they would have to refund me from my order and I would have to pay again at pick up so I say ok he tells me it will be about 20 mints I get there they don't even have the order like they don't even know what's going on like they are on drugs something needs to be done with this place 7-7-24

Second pizza I've ordered from here that was absolutely perfect. I've never preferred Domino's, honestly, but both times I ordered their $7.99 1-topping carry out deal and got something that my 9yo self could have only dreamed of. Like pizza straight out of a cartoon with crazy stretchy cheese and plenty of pepperoni on each slice. I don't know if the entire chain got it together, but the weekend warriors at this joint are definitely doing something right!
