Seen a few violations in ga on Thompson bridge rd. One cook had his long hair down and not in a hair net or tied up. Violation number 2 is the other worker getting the pizza out and putting a paper down on the counter rubbed his face with his hands. I'm sorry but that is disappointing. I've worked in a restaurant and fast food before and hair should always be up, or in a hair net. If you touch your face, WASH YOUR HANDS!!!! Violation number 3, tried to swat a bug with a pizza pan.That's beyond disgusting. I can not believe you let that happen in a food industry.

We have ordered delivery many times from this location, we always request our pizzas be cooked well done, however they have always come under done instead(dough still slightly gooey)it is always disappointing and we always end up baking it for longer after it gets to us. Maybe we will get lucky and someone will learn what well done means.

Our pizzas were ordered ahead, with an available pickup time of 5:45. I arrived at the window at 5:45, and after waiting for a couple of minutes, the clerk told us they had forgotten to make one of our pizzas. At least 10 minutes later, he came back to the window to ask who the order was for and then handed us a stack of pizzas that had been sitting on the rack the whole time. Needless to say, the pizzas were cold. There was no offer to reduce the price or receive a discount in the future. We will be back, but this was disappointing, to say the least.

I ordered in the store, paid, and waited. It did not take long. The workers were very kind and pleasant. They worked together well. The pizza was very good, and made exactly as ordered.Vegetarian options: You select what you want on your pizza. You can choose only vegetable toppings.Dietary restrictions: You choose the crust you want. You choose your own toppings. If there is an item that you can't eat, you don't ask for the topping you do not want to be placed on your pizza.Parking: Free parking. Plenty of spaces. Handicapped parking and entrance available.Kid-friendliness: Yes, definitely.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a paved ramp for entry into the store. Wheelchairs and other handicapped persons can use the ramp. It is at the entrance and easy to access.

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas an 1 reg cheese when they arrived all 3 pizzas were not what we ordered, an when I called back the employee told me I had credit for 3 median pizzas an I called today and they said the credit was never applied an then they just hung up without letting me talk

The pizza is really good. The only issue I've had is that they mess up my order 95% of the time. I order a cheese pizza with extra cheese and sauce and they give me a regular cheese pizza just with extra cheese. Tonight they pust almost no sauce on the pizza, so I let them know about it as I normally do. The guy says he'll make it and bring it back out to me, so I wait a while. He never came back out, so I went in and they had my pizza on their carryout rack. I got to the car and looked and they absolutely loaded the heck out of it with cheese and sauce, which is the best pizza I've had from their in a while. They may have been trying to be sarcastic, but regardless of that I'm happy they made it the way they did the second time. It was great. I even have some left over for work tomorrow

I have been a customer for years. The pizza is usually fine, but recently I decided to add some cheddar-bacon loaded tots to my order. I picked up my order from the drive up window. When I got home, I was shocked. What I got was a container with burnt cheese and toppings stuck to the bottom- underneath the tots.I called the store immediately and asked the young woman who answered if they check orders before handing them over. She said they did. I explained what was in my box and there was no apology- she just said they will credit my account and just to place my order from the phone number I was calling her from. That was fine- only when I tried to place my next order, there was NO credit. So I’m giving them a 3-star review. 1 for quality control and 0 for now following through with applying my credit. The pizzas’ I ordered were fine.
