Very Delicious Empanadas and Good Service

The food was great! Definitely enjoyed the cachapa con queso. I ordered the simple burger, 2 empanadas and tequenos. All very delicious! The people were very nice, friendly and inviting. The eating area was small but still great considering the location.

Don Arepacho in Gainesville is the newest Venezuelan spot to open on the north side of Georgia. Theybhave a great menu with authentic Venezuelan food, from pastelitos to empanadas and arepas, they have all the popular dishes. They are inside the gas station so they also have a few goodies I had not seen since I lived in Venezuela so that was pretty neat as well. Of course they also have Venezuelan drinks available in a cooler (Malta Polar, Frescolita). The team os very friendly and they speak English so you can come in and order or call ahead and veg your food to go. Yes you can eat on location but the tables are small in a tiny place. I wouldn't call it a full sit down spot quite yet with the set up but still OK if you want to eat there with a few small tables and chairs. My favorite thing to do is to call ahead for some of their delicious pastelitos, empanadas and tequeños and then take it to family for a good meal time.Stop by and check them out!! Beware of the burger they have that's HUGE (pictured)... doubt you'll be able to finish it ??

**This review is for their Gainesville location that opened not long agoYou know my love for Venezuelan food so the fact that Gainesville now has another Venezuelan food spot is a huge YES for me. They have a fun menu but my main go to is their pastelitos because they are hard to find. Call ahead like I did and get some pastelitos to [email protected] is inside a Mobil gas station off Browns Bridge Rd in Gainesville. I've been back a few times and every items has been good, but be warned, if you order the VERGATARIA burger, make sure you're hungry AND have your stretchy pants on... that thing is NOT playing Their dining area isn't what I would call a full dine in set up, they have a few small tables in case you decide to eat there but it isn't a full DINE IN restaurant like the spot they have in Norcross. If you show up at any get together with pastelitos... everyone will love you, ask me how I know Get your order in and let me know if you can finish off that burger!!!Pictured hereLA VERGATARIA - Venezuelans have always liked dressing up their burgers, so don't be surprised by this. In between the buns you'll find the following: a burger patty, grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, bacon, egg, little pepito fries, American cheese, queso de mano (soft white cheese). You're gonna have to be comfortable with getting a little messy here Pastelitos - These are Venezuelan pastelitos, my favorite. You can order a variety of types like ground beef, cheese and potato, pizza, cheese, chicken, or mini pateslitos which are AWESOME because they are a dollar each so you can grab a variety of themSteak ArepaChicken Cachapa#rolieats #goodeats #goodfood #venezuelanfood #gainesville #northgeorgia #burgers #pastelitos #cachapas #arepas #donarepacho #latinofood #bigfan
