I'm new to Gainesville and was trying to find my new coffee home. I stopped at Dunkin today and a woman name Ava amazed me with her people skills and knowledge of her work environment. Keep up the good work cause I will keep coming back.

Michael Daniel. RAVE RAVE RAVE!!!!! I had such an amazing experience and service today at the Dunkin Donuts. I specifically chose this Dunkin despite one being right next to my house. I’m so glad I did, the moment I entered I was compliment on my style by Michael who served me and also had a great sense of style himself 😄 I knew what I wanted but he made me curious about my drinks and explained what goes into them so well. I will definitely try one next visit! He was friendly, attentive and cared about my order (he taught me that the sparkling water in the energy refresher can be substituted for green tea and I was soooo happy about that!) Along with my drink my bacon came out perfecttttttt (I like it extra crispy) and my hash brown bowl was delish 🤪.
Customers service is so essential to me since I’ve worked and managed in that field so many years. So, If you want to start your day being treated with kindness go to THAT Dunkin Donuts 🍩 and say Hi to Michael for me 🙌🏼

This place is disgusting. The servers are handling, cash, touching their faces, touching the donuts and opening the bags with their bare hands then grabbing And putting donuts in. That’s just nasty. When I asked them to, please wear gloves after washing their hands, they get an attitude with me, rolling their eyes and acted as if they don’t want to serve me. That was how many people got Covid back in 2020 because of Unsanitary handling of food. Many people will get sick from eating at Dunkin’ Donuts and don’t know why or how!

I came to this location to get some work done. I came in. I ordered coffee and breakfast, but at my computer sat down and disabled the Wi-Fi keep me from staying. Location is Dirty & the customer service is cold and rude.

I ask myself why do I keep coming back to this location. I have a 50/50% chance my order will be right. When my order is wrong it ruins my morning and is upsetting that I pay for it, but I always have high hopes it will be right which makes a great morning for me when it is. I don’t feel like the staff is friendly. I’m in customer service myself and they do not treat me like they appreciate my business or my hard earned money

they were very rude as soon as i walked in. not very customer friendly and couldnt make me a simple coffee... i had asked for a plain frozen coffee and it came with cinnamon and lots of caramel for some reason. i also asked for cold foam on my other coffee and got whipped cream, asked for them to fix it, and it was whipped cream again. when i said something they said it was cold foam when it clearly wasnt? anyways this sucked n they were rude and couldnt make simple coffees, HIGHLY disappointed as this is a new store. will def stick to thompson bridge.

i came in just for a frozen vanilla coffee and the lady who took my order had/has a rank attitude - she has a red tattoo on her neck and just the look on her face and demeanor was just horrible. there was another employee there who looked like they were being trained and it seemed as if she was tired of her coworker’s attitude as well. she was tossing lids around, making unnecessary loud noises with the stuff to make coffee. i can see why this place has a 3.3 rating but i hope not all of the employees are like this and actually care about having a job.

The past three times I've been to this Dunkin they will only help one car at a time. Today when I visit they once again are only waiting on one car at a time. After waiting almost 10 minutes to order the car behind me honks and the woman taking orders thought it was me and she yelled at me through the ordering box. The service here is appalling, and I won't be visiting this Dunkin again.

Just stopped in for a drink and doughnut. Everything was good. But I did notice a lot of kids working there and they seemed disorganized. If they’re busy, you might have a long wait. I was the only customer in the store and one car in the drive-through.
