The girls that work night shift at this location are amazing!!! .y family and I are waiting to get into a shelter and they gave my kids food and water and told us we could park at their lot because we would be safe and on camera. These girls didn't know us from anything and had the most respect And pure kindness I've ever seen!
I've used this place a half-dozen times. Food is acceptable, but the service and store itself are poor. The store is take out only. There's outside seating, but cold weather makes it worthless. So the entire site is basically a glorified drive thru, and since service is shamefully slow, grabbing a coffee on the way to work doesn't fly.
Apparently, the franchisee can't be bothered with training staff as each of my visits were 10-plus minutes. A joke.

Dunkin is my absolute favorite place i go every morning! This new location is right by my house & just what i needed!! Kelly & Arman were so sweet and helpful!! This is now my new favorite location!! Thank you Dunkin! Not only does Gainesville run on Dunkin so does Skyla LOL!!
