Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but u know u have to! So this is my local coffee shop go there 4-5 times a week and usually the service is on point! But then there’s today! Went through the drive through as normal because u know we pay for convenience right? So I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee with 4 sugar and oatmilk so I get it and it’s just regular coffee but here’s my point I have to park my car get my 2 children out of the car and go wait in line just to get what I ordered the first time but here’s the problem I go in of course the manager is the one I talk he grabs a small cup fills it slap full of vanilla and hands me back the original coffee and tells me the stirs are behind me lmao like didn’t I just pay u to fix my coffee?? I understand people make mistakes we’re all human right? But when you’re the manager it is your job to fix the problem not the customers! Never received I am sorry let me fix that or anything just here u go fix it yourself like come on if u can’t get a better manger than that I think that’s a huge problem!

I've always enjoyed coffee and donuts from Dunkin Donuts, but there have been a few places that have disappointed, but I have to say this Dunkin Donuts' service was great! Service was great, Alex Ortiz was kind and served with great care. Everything was excellent!! Thank you for going above!
