Normally the food and drinks are good, but today we got 4 orders of the bagel minis, 2 everything and 2 plain, and they were all flat, mushy and undercooked. The taste was horrible and the texture was not great either, the dough felt as if it wasn’t cooked. I’ve never seen the bagel bites look like this but they tasted awful.

I usually hype this place up but I’ma bit disappointed. I got two coffees today my fiance want a large with no ice and it was only filled halfway. Mine had light ice and was completely full. I asked the lady if she could put more because i feel i shouldn’t pay for a large and get a half full cup even without ice and she said she couldn’t but ive never gotten a drink with no ice and get it only half full

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. My first time ordering on DoorDash instead of going to the store and they butchered my order 😫 I’m 3 months pregnant and was craving this I got the sourdough maple bacon sandwich and iced cappuccino and a donut. I asked for less ice and called to confirm I could get extra cold foam and my drink is mostly ice. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted with the maple bacon and didn’t get either. I’m just hurt rn cuz I was looking toward to it so much :(

I ordered a plain black coffee and when I got it I could see the bottom of the cup!! If you drink coffee you know that's not a good thing. The girls inside acted like they didn't understand the issue. How do you serve coffee for a living and don't understand that I shouldn't be able to see through it?!

Been to this Dunkin' several times while visiting friends that live nearby. I've always come around early to late afternoon and it doesn't seem too crowded which is a plus for me. Service has been alright for the most part. I've never had a negative or disappointing experience at this location. On one occasion, while waiting for my friend to return from work, I killed some time by going here and ordering at the time the new avocado toast with bacon bits and a sweet tea. The toast tasted great with the bacon bits and avocado blending well together. The sweet tea was also good. Not too sweet, but also not too bland. Just right. Overall a great place to go for snacks, coffee, relaxing and checking out the wifi!

Ordered via DoorDash, got a Hazelnut Iced coffee with Xtra skim milk and Xtra sugar. The first coffee I received wasn't the right coffee, I contacted DoorDash and they did a redelivery of the coffee. Well the second coffee I received was a hazelnut iced coffee, but there was no extra skim milk or sugar. Not sure how you mess that up twice in a row... the food however was good, which is why I'm rating 2 stars instead of 1.

They're a little impatient for you to order. I've stood waaaaay back and been obviously looking at the menu, but still get asked if I'm ready.Otherwise tood service and accurate order taking.

Um great spot closer to my side of town I don’t have to drive all way browns br road now for coffee n donuts! Ice coffee was great and I caught a early morning deal I didn’t even know about which was free coffee hot or cold and it took 2nd waitress to tell me about it tho the donut was kinda stale n dry but it was my first time I won’t let that stop me from going n giving it antha try

I've been getting my coffee here almost daily for a year and a half at this specific location and the coffee has always been great and always got it right (larve vanilla ice coffee 2 cream 2 sugar light ice shot of espresso) , in the last couple months I've been very disappointed and dissatisfied with my coffee. It's been very bitter, almost never has the right amount of flavor they either add 90% ice or none at all no cream or too much cream.. Bring the ladies back that did a great job, the guys you have at this location now can't make anything worth a flip and aren't the greatest when it comes to personality.
