Terrible customer service, I went on Saturday for 1 cake, they took my order in a very unfriendly way...you can feel the discomfort when ordering, and the sauce was bubbly when you tried it, it was no longer useful, the cart It is nothing like it was a few years ago, I have been a customer for approximately 10 years, I regret making the decision not to buy there anymore...I will look for where they value customers and provide good food

The bathroom is always closed with the excuse that it is outside Cervicio! And they are unfriendly if you don't tip them, which is not a restaurant with attentive waitresses!!

Awful customer service, Daniel took our order, we ordered,1 torta, and 2 tacos, tacos were not in my order, came back to the window, and Daniel with a really bad attitude stated that I paid for a torta and that's what i got, I asked for my receipt, and the receipt clearly showed I paid for the tacos as well, at that point I just asked for a refund. please check your orders and receipts. Daniel, was very rude and tried to tell us that i was rude on the phone, please note: my wife was making the order since i was driving, he lied again.
