The guy at the front desk was extremely rude. I had a call in order which was wrong but the food isn’t what bothered me. I’m not sure if he’s the manager or the owner but he could definitely use a few customer service lessons.

Second time trying it and food was stale and they trick you in paying more and if your white they won't talk to you racial discrimination is illegal and I will be filing with the state on the treatment of not Hispanics would even talk to me ten threated to call police cause I asked if it was cause I was white why i was being ignored by staff then treated like a second hand citizen and told my opinion dosnt matter so reverse racism and state will find out and I will file with federal rights commision

Was there for lunch, place not even half full, waited 40 minutes and still no food so me and my friends just left. They came to the table three times to say our food was almost ready. Next time I'll order ahead I guess. Very disappointed

By far the worst Mexican restaurant in Oakwood. The employees are ridiculously incompetent across the board, the food is barely palatable, and the entire restaurant has a sticky film on ever object from an obvious refusal to do anything besides stand around on their phones.

My family and I sat ourselves after a worker pointed to the table as he played on his phone then we waited for 15 minutes to even see our waiter who finally took our drink order and brought chips which were very broken and small pieces and dip then he brought our drinks they were flat and tasted off. He took our order which was completely wrong when we got it we had to send everything back at least once. Then my son waited for another 15 minutes for his tortillas by that time his food was cold. The portions were much smaller than usual. El som use to be our favorite Mexican restaurant but here lately they ALL have went down hill quick!! We won't be back. Everyone working was unfriendly and just rude.

If I could leave only a bad review without any stars I would. Terrible service!!! To start off with the terrible experience my husband and I had when we walked in we stood around waiting for someone to greet us. The person at the front, whom I’ll assume is the owner, didn’t even say hello. He simply turned around and acted as if we hadn’t just walked in. We were taken to table, which you can see in the picture attached was littered with trash underneath. We were served chips and salsa and before we could start eating them the salsa was taken away and replaced( not sure what that was about). We had intended to start with and appetizer and possibly also get drinks but based on the way we had been treated up to that point we decided to skip those and instead ordered our main dish. I ordered the pollo ranchero which actually wasn’t half bad if you can get past the grease puddle in the plate. The waiter hardly spoke to us other than to take our order. When the food was brought out the plates were slammed on the table and also when we asked for straws, instead of handing them to us, he placed them at the edge of the table. Honestly if you want a good experience at a Mexican restaurant I would go elsewhere. Terrible terrible service.
