Awful experience at this sombrero. Not only was the food cold but I ordered 2 molcajetes and they both came without the molcajete! I just received it in a plate instead which is completely unacceptable because it defeats the purpose of the dish. If there were no molcajetes we should have been advised to choose something else considering that each is almost 30$ but we waited and paid for something that never arrived! I do not recommend.

I was given a nasty menu with something sticky all over it. The salt shaker had something gooey on the top and the wall beside the table was nasty as were the other walls. The waiter , he was not attentive at all . He would go stand with two other waiters talking and hanging out by the television. My husband's carnitas were good , my cut up steak was a hit or miss . Some pieces hard with gristle, some tender. Both our refried beans were scorched. ( they did replace with rice ) and the corn tortillas were not cooked / heated enough.
This was our date night. Very disappointed 😞

Great spot for quick and casual Mexican food. Our server was super friendly and attentive, chips and salsa were solid and the food itself came out fast and yummy.
