Firehouse Subs Shallowford

Ordered a club on a sub and got lettuce, tomato and mayo on a roll. No meat, No cheese and no resolution. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Staff are super friendly, professional and polite. Mehul and Jennifer are amazing workers and treat customers very well. The food here is amazing - it’s never wrong and the ingredients taste fresh. One of the best firehouse subs out there!

I highly recommend and am obsessed with Firehouse subs, especially the Italian! It’s my favorite sub shop by far, the meat and produce is always beyond fresh and tasty. I mostly use the online app and my sandwich is always ready before the estimated pick up time. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love firehouse!

Had lunch today. Hook and ladder fully involved Fast fresh tasty. Got a bottle of hot sauce too, carrot chipotle ...soooo food. Smooth soft jazz playing, great dine in lunch here today!

I ordered on there app n got charged twice n once i went to pick it up they never reserved my order they said. Then they told me they can remake the order if I payed. Yea no I’m never going to this store again

Am very excited to see that firehouse is collaborating with Hot Ones to make a delicious sandwich. Firehouse has never been afraid to bring the heat with there sandwiches. As a heat seeker, i have been very very excited to try this sandwich. I went to this location with hopes that they could give me a great review of the sandwich. The girl that took my order was very helpful and recommended the reaper sandwich. The crew they had last night was very friendly and helpful.

The manager was there and was super friendly. He seemed excited that i choose this location over there other local locations. You don't see that much anymore nor do you see a manager actually be nice to the employees anymore either.

Flavor wise of the sandwich was very tasty. In my mind, i thought the sandwich was gonna be much hotter than what it actually was. But the acidity of the pickle helped kick it up just a notch. Maybe, my heat sensitive is just more than others.

This heat seeker will definitely be back for more.

PS- please add a #10 heat level to the hot sauce bar!

Time online is different.. store says 10:30am

Ordered a Steak and Cheese sandwich 8”. Sandwiches came out within a reasonable time. Mine was cold and it needed to be remade. Instead of taking care of this issue right away they waited until the line was through. It took an additional 10 minutes to get sandwich replaced. Will NEVER come to this location again. By the way the sweet tea was empty also.

Very cool location as it has a lot of fancy interior stylings and artwork that make it feel like the real deal. The staff have always been good people in my experience.
