Firehouse Subs Shallowford

The best part about this visit was that my husband who was in the Navy for 10 years got a free drink for being a veteran. That was the first time someone did that. My husband is old school so he mixing different drinks together. Can you say kamikaze? Mix a few different drinks together. He loves it and it's a fun guessing game on what sodas I use for him. Note to self. Never mix grape together. Too over- powering.

I'm sorry to say the sandwiches are getting very disappointing guys! They shrunk soooooooooooooooo much. C'mon now, higher prices smaller subs. I am out guys good luck staying open serving nothing, because many of us can make our own sandwich better and cheaper.

Friendly personal service, quick food.
My draw back was probably my fault, I ordered a Philly steak and cheese, they asked if peppers and onions were OK... of course they are. Then I bite into it and it's coveted in mayo... I about puked. My fault for not reading the menu, but who puts mayo on a steak and cheese... it was not edible, and there was no scraping it off.
Did notice they had a hotsauce bar though.

Rakesh Patel is great with customers and made me feel very welcomed in the store. Sandwich was amazing and fast. Definitely will come back to this store over other options.

Yeah yeah yeah, so I’m a big foodie and I’m giving a chain restaurant review. But ya know what?! THE PIZZA SUB SMACKS HERE. Also, service is always good and the cashier told me I could get more sub for less money if we rang things up a certain way, so props to her for that 💪🏻 After all that, had to leave a review!

Ordered a club on a sub and got lettuce, tomato and mayo on a roll. No meat, No cheese and no resolution. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Staff are super friendly, professional and polite. Mehul and Jennifer are amazing workers and treat customers very well. The food here is amazing - it’s never wrong and the ingredients taste fresh. One of the best firehouse subs out there!

I highly recommend and am obsessed with Firehouse subs, especially the Italian! It’s my favorite sub shop by far, the meat and produce is always beyond fresh and tasty. I mostly use the online app and my sandwich is always ready before the estimated pick up time. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love firehouse!

Had lunch today. Hook and ladder fully involved Fast fresh tasty. Got a bottle of hot sauce too, carrot chipotle ...soooo food. Smooth soft jazz playing, great dine in lunch here today!
