America the manager, practices great food handling procedures everything was spotless and clean!
It’s costly but good. I will recommend and bring friends.

4 “workers” twiddling thumbs. Both ketchup dispenser pumps empty. Soft drink machines with issues. Restroom with, out of order flushing. Scoop of fries just emptied into burger bag. Unreal. Where do you get these people? Around 12:30pm. on Oct. 22, if interested in who was supposed to be working at that time.

Paid $43 to visit a restaurant environment with dirty tables, an unkept floor, the saltiest fries, and a staff that won’t even bother to turn down the blaring loud music.

To any potential customers, don’t come here. Don’t waste your money.

My family and I have been going to Five Guys for years, and we’ve always enjoyed it — until yesterday. This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had. A young Spanish lady working the counter treated us like we were a problem for being there. She had an awful attitude, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and refused to listen to our order.

As a result, she got our order completely wrong, and when we brought it to her attention, she didn’t apologize or try to fix it. In fact, she acted like it was our fault and refused to do anything about it. The total lack of respect and customer service was shocking and completely unacceptable.

We’ve been loyal customers for years, but after this experience, we will NOT be coming back until this location cleans up its staff and improves its service. Five Guys used to be great — now it’s a place we’ll be avoiding.
