Amazing fresh seafood. You always see a variety of people in the restaurant area which is a good sign in the Gainesville area.
I was in the mood for seafood so I drove up there. I thought I could get a seafood platter for about twenty dollars, but they are now charging $27 dollars for 3 shrimp, 3 oyster, 3 scallop & a piece of flounder! I also ordered a fountain soda and it went up to $33! I could not believe they are now charging that much for a small seafood platter! You would think we are in the middle of Canada, 4,000 miles from the nearest ocean! You would think he had to fly in all this seafood on a private jet?! And why would a FOUNTAIN Coke cost $3.00? I can buy a bag of frozen shrimp for $6 & a can of Coke for $1 at Walmart - who do these people think they are? It's not like the Covid thing is still going on, who is making up these prices? Very disappointed!! ?
