This is more of a PSA than a negative review: In the past, they advertise one hour cookie cakes. I called today to order my son’s cake for his party later this afternoon and they refused to take my order. Apparently, it’s not always one hour. Tough thing to advertise and not honor when you have a 9-year old’s party on the line. 😩 Their cakes are good. And everyone is nice. Just don’t trust or go by the one hour cookie cake advertisement because it will bite you in the end.

Update your app for days closed and allow orders to be placed. Another company that is managed by corporate that its a waste of time.

I don’t usually make reviews one way or the other but I came by today about 4:15 pm. There were at least 3 employees in the back area and myself and two other customers out front. I waited for about 5 minutes while the employees all avoided eye contact and didn’t greet us before i left.

Stated that they cannot do a hello kitty design because of copyright after I picked up the cake, did not mention it when we ordered.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! Still have not received my son's birthday cake, nor have I received an apology!

Great service! I forgot to order my daughters birthday cake and I called to order it right before they closed for an early morning order the next day. They had no issue accommodating us. Look how beautiful this cake is! Great job y’all! You deserve all the praise.
