This is more of a PSA than a negative review: In the past, they advertise one hour cookie cakes. I called today to order my son’s cake for his party later this afternoon and they refused to take my order. Apparently, it’s not always one hour. Great service! I forgot to order my daughters birthday cake and I called to order it right before they closed for an early morning order the next day. They had no issue accommodating us. Look how beautiful this cake is! Great job y’all! You deserve all the praise.
I absolutely loved the cookie cake I ordered! The employees did an awesome job with the theme I requested. I have ordered from them for the past 3 years. They have never disappointed me! They decorate and cook the cookie cakes perfectly. I highly recommend this Great American Cookie location!
