The Happy China restaurant was a nice experience. The food was quite delicious. I had General Tso's and fried rice with an eggroll on the side. The chicken was very good. As was the fried rice. The eggroll was not bad but I have had better. Overall, not bad at all.
Usually get extra spicy general tsos, pork fried rice, or Lo Mein but this time I got the Singapore Mei Fun which was pretty good. One thing I don't care for at this restaurant is the egg rolls.
The place looks pretty run down and you get the vibe that it's mostly a takeout place. Their service is mediocre at best. We ordered the egg rolls, boneless spare ribs, teriyaki fried rice, and Mongolian beef. The beef and fried rice where what you would expect and no better or worse than you could find at any fast food place in a mall. Unfortunately the mall has better egg rolls. The egg rolls tasted strange. The ribs were good but slightly salty. Nothing a good beer couldn't...
