Stopped here for lunch while traveling and it was a great surprise. Was not expecting Mexican food going off the name but the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend the chips and queso and the chimichanga was the best I ever had.
I was honestly a bit disappointed with my experience at Haydee’s Cafe. I ordered the red chilaquiles expecting them to be made with guajillo sauce, but they turned out to be tomato-based, which was not what I was hoping for. On top of that, they only added a light sprinkle of cheese and no sour cream, which made the dish feel incomplete. Overall, I found the flavor lacking.

Not the best food but I guess an OKAY restaurant If you want something real go to a taqueria I guess Service was okay but not one “how is your food?” Or either came to check on us There place is small they really need to separate chairs cause no one has space to get in or out Maybe expand cause how small it is in there and how loud it is! But In conclusion It’s not the best It’s OKAY
