We decided to run through the drive through to grab a snack before our 1 hour drive home. We had no clue what this place was so we needed a minute to look at the menu. We ended up ordering the Hawaiian fried rice, french fries, and the potato mac salad. It was all delicious, but we were disappointed that the employees didn’t have accurate descriptions of the items. We specifically asked if the Hawaiian fried rice had meat in it and were told it did not, when after receiving it we found that it did. Unfortunately my vegetarian daughter had ordered that for herself.
We will definitely try again, but will look up the menu/descriptions beforehand since we are a bit skeptical of the employee’s ability to describe the options.

Hello Hilo was a wonderful place to eat! The food was delicious, quick, and kept me full for hours! I would highly recommend eating there if you’re ever in Gainesville, GA!
My favorite place in Gainesville! Friendly and courteous staff. Delicious food. Kids grilled cheese is a bit small though. The drink options are fun. Enjoyed the POG. Loved all the beautiful displayed desserts! Wonderful atmosphere and especially the outside area.
Several years ago we were fortunate enough to get to visit Hawaii and absolutely loved it. When we found out about Hello Hilo, we knew we had to try it. First off, this place was packed!! I mean, line out the door packed. Thankfully, I was able to score us an inside table while my husband was still waiting in line to order. Although there are tons of outdoor seating options, it was over 90⁰ outside and for us, we wanted air conditioning. Even though it was so crowded, our food was ready within about 15 minutes. He ordered the Kahlua Pork and the flavor was awesome!! I had the Huli Huli chicken, which was our 1st meal in Honolulu. It was ok. I loved it with the rice and fresh salsa, but the chicken itself was very fatty and not as flavorful as I had hoped it would be. The POG (juice) was excellent and we appreciated being able to get refills. I also had a slice of the rainbow chiffon cake. It was delicious and very light! Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and probably not our last.
I recommend their beef bulbogi noodles bowl, their coconut puff pastry (🤍🤍🤍) and their mochi donuts. Most of their food items are delicious.
Wanted to grab food to go and mistakenly chose to order inside. I waited over an hour and realized too late there is a drive through. I wish I chose that option before when I saw the line out the door. Foods good, decent quality. A nice vibe change for sure.

We came in to celebrate a birthday. They were out of Lemonades, ALL flavors. They were out of Hula Whip, except Blue Raspberry.
We asked for paradise cake and was told they were out, even thou there was 2 whole ones sitting in the freezer. We were told they were displays.
Thankfully the food was good, just very disappointed our family was unable to try the things we wanted them to.
Absolutely worth the drive this place is filled with so much love and care that you feel it in every bite. The staff is incredible everyone has an energizing personality that’s full of life and compassion. I couldn’t write enough words praising everything about this place
Tried a rice bowl today and it was delicious! Fresh and a huge serving! I will definitely be back!
Delicious 😋 I can wait to come back and enjoy their meals.
Placed an online order for 2 people (one of whom has health related dietary restrictions) worth about $25 and was given someone else's order by mistake worth a lot less and not enough for 2. That person's order was OVER 3 HOURS OLD. The food was no longer edible. When I read the tag they were closed. It was my first visit there and not a good one. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
