I was shocked to find out lunch time ended at 3:30. We arrived there at 3:29 and they were going to charge me the dinner rate. Server tried talking to the manager and the manager was greedy and still wanted to charge me dinner because of a 1 minute difference. Just felt like I was being scammed because of the manager's greed. No customer service at all. Went to Golden corral instead. Way cheaper (literally a $5 difference). Way better food and their dinner don't start until 4pm, which is what I thought this buffet started too. Never coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hibachi Chinese Buffet, and it was mainly due to the terrible customer service. The waitstaff were not just unhelpful—they were outright rude and combative. Simple requests were met with attitude, and instead of trying to resolve issues, the waiter chose to argue with us.
The most frustrating part was an unnecessary argument over something as small as a Diet Pepsi. What should have been an easy fix turned into a back-and-forth that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially in front of other customers. No one expects perfect service, but being treated with hostility over a drink is unacceptable.
A buffet should be a relaxed, enjoyable experience, but the rude behavior of the staff completely ruined it. Until the customer service improves and staff learn how to speak respectfully to guests, I would not recommend dining here.

This is actually the absolute worst food I have put in my mouth and the drinks were just as awful, not to mention I got sick to my stomach after I left because of the “food” , it was stiff and dry and had no flavor and there drinks tasted like actual dirt , there bathrooms were absolutely filthy, I wouldn’t eat here again and wouldn’t advise anyone else doing it neither and tried to make me pay 8 dollars for my child that wouldn’t eat anything from this awful place either

I hate to be so negative but my daughter wanted to come here for her birthday. The place most definitely needs a good cleaning and the food was well... not for me. I wont be going back. It amazes me how rude people are when it comes to crablegs at a buffet.

We got what we came for! Chinese Food was good, lots to choose from. Sushi was fresh, with person constantly maintaining area. Staff was perfectly nice, attentive, constantly prepping and cleaning. The retro neon lights above buffet is also a nice touch!

Food was average but when it was time for the bill it was 41.08 I gave 20 dollars and 30 on a card and got back 5 dollars and gave her 3 dollars thinking I got all my change but when I got to the car and checked my money I only had 2 dollars I should of at least at 8 dollars left but my server Lilly stole the money I should of gotten back

Is 0 stars an option? After driving 30 mins to give this place a try, not only was the food ice cold, but you're practically forced to tip even tho you couldn't find one hot, enjoyable thing to eat. I have never in my life been to a restaurant that never once asks how your food was, let alone expects a tip and verbally expresses so? Isn't that determined by the quality of food and service? After paying almost $20 a person, this was baffling. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Beyond uncomfortable experience and unsatisfactory food quality. Do better.

We hadn't even noticed this place before. It's about one of the best concealed places in town. Once you walk thru those doors you're immediately met by a staff of very friendly faces. We had ordered the buffet, so we were seated, and then led to the buffet area. We were so pleasantly surprised at the selection they had to offer! There's no way we would have believed that this was the same place due to the outside. They offered so much of a variety of foods that try as I may, I was unable to try everything I had wanted! This place is so unique! The entire atmosphere from the people, the food and the decor all together led to our experiencing one of the best din ners - of the best nights out we've had in a while! And it was so very reasonably priced! We're already talking about when we go back!
