Great place to check out if you’re in Gainsville! Owner is super nice and friendly. Always puts on cool events like comedy nights and live music! Great food and great people. They brought out dog treats and a water bowl while we enjoyed dinner on the patio. Safe to say our dog Nugget loves it too! You guys rock ??

We celebrated my mother’s birthday with dinner, then a comedy show. The food was amazing, the headliner was hilarious, but most of all, Tony and his staff did a fantastic job accommodating our large party and made my mother feel so special. I can’t say enough about how great they were. We will definitely be back!!!

Expensive. Few choices if you want a meal. Slow service. The only thing that saved the evening was the company - being with my family means everyhting. This is definately a "one and done" experience.

The food was good even though it had a limited menu. The night we dined was very slow and still couldn't get service. Very sad great location but need better management

What a wonderful find! Menu is so diverse! Love the small plates (tapas)! Let us try so many new and different things, each was better than the last!!! Staff was sooo wonderful and accommodating. Cass was our waitress and she was working her tail off. So many other staff members delivered food to the table, checked on us, chatted with us and even put the GA Bulldawg game on for us! Run, don't walk to hopscotch! You can thank me later!

Stumbled across this gem looking for another restaurant that didn't even exist. Super lucky to have gotten parking right in front. Close to 7 30 we got a seat in under 10 minutes. Greeted quickly and warmly we were offered a drink while we waited.Ash was our server and she rocked! Friendly, interactive, knew the menu well, stayed on her game the whole night.Hopscotch had a surprisingly deep wine selection, more choices than one would expect and priced reasonably. Now, the star of the show! The food. Brussels for an app. Demi glaze, cooked to perfection. Super large portion, ideal for 2 people. I had the lamb with chimichuri with risotto and it immediately had me thinking about my next visit. Again a generous portion with tons of flavors. Wife had the special of the evening a cod fish over vegetables, rosemary potatoes tower! The presentation was great. The food surpassed the presentation. Every bite introduced a new flavor combo and made you dive back in for more. You can tell the chef has creative flare and serious culinary skills. This has to be on your must visit list.

Really cool atmosphere and the drinks were amazing. I had the Moscow mule and the Butterscotch dessert cocktail. My husband enjoyed the craft beer. We shared the Truffle Fries, Watermelon Tapas, Quinoa Salad and a Salmon Risotto special. The food was fresh and delicious, our server Ro was efficient and super charming. Overall a great experience and we'll definitely be back if we're up this way.

Great food and service ! Ambiance great off the square in Gainesville Georgia! Ro was a great server!

Very quaint punky place. It's like Paula deen meets the sex pistols vibe. Smaller place and very industrial decor or lack thereof. The reviews looked good so we went. Tapas Mediterranean meets home style anything. Everything we ate was flavorful and delicious. The seasoning was on point. Had several apps and then had the rib-eye for my main. The mussels were excellent, the ravioli also very good. The tapenade was a bit salty. Also had chorizo and bacon wrapped dates. Wow. Flavor overload. The ribeye was tasty and was too full for dessert. Make sure you put your piercings in and show off your tattoos. Not for the faint of heart. Sausage was good as well. Will come back. Maybe dressed a little more casual. Very good service. Drinks are strong.

My favorite restaurant on the square. I've eaten inside and out and the experience was equally good at both. The service is amazing, water is on the table almost before we sit down. The house wines are house wines but they are more than adequate. The selections of tapas are mouth watering and there's no attempt to force more than our minimal selections ( we are seniors) I like everything about it and as I said, it's my go-to place on the square.

Actually, didn't go in but the live music on Sunday night is awesome, a great date night!
