Kevin was an awesome server and truly went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great experience. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well taken care of. We’ll definitely be back because of him!

My family and I visited the IHOP in Gainesville, Georgia, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Two people in our party found hair in their food. Our server, Lailani, did bring the issue to the manager on duty, Jose Alvarez, but returned and informed us that she had told him and that he “wasn’t going to do anything.”
We spent $70 on meals that were left half-eaten due to the situation, and we did not receive an apology, a resolution, or any acknowledgment from management—only the message relayed by our server.
Instead, Jose appeared more focused on picking up the paid receipt that included the tip than addressing the food quality and customer service issue brought to his attention.
Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations, and neither was met during this visit. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed our perception of this location.

The way this Gainesville, GA location just treated me as a Veteran is shameful! The manager Crystal denied my Veterans Card & made me pull up my discharge paperwork just to prove I served. Once I showed my proof I left because the way I was handled was distasteful! Maybe because I didn’t look as old as the other guests but I didn’t serve my country to be embarrassed or treated the way I was on a holiday meant to honor us! If I could give a zero for customer service I would.
