Been going to Jersey Mike’s for at least 10 years never have a problem except for this one. In the past six months, I’ve been to this location four times where the employee would make a sandwich use register to ring up another patron and then return to making sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands. I’ve complained on the app and get no response whatsoever. My next call is going to be to the health department because I’ve exhausted all of their options and from reading the reviews it’s a common occurrence.

I cannot believe what I witnessed today. The people at this JM had some very bad service. Instead of placing my sandwich on the paper. Four people handled my sandwich as they slid it across the counter, toppings flying everywhere. The wrapping paper was placed at the cash register.. Counter not cleaned each time. That’s how germs are spread. The lady ask after I paid for a to go order of four sandwiches if I needed a bag.

The door was broken when I came this time it seemed to be a little understaffed they gave us a very little amount of cheese almost paper thin in fact I could see through it. The staff were friendly though and the portion of meat was decent although I feel it is way too overpriced.

when we walked in we weren’t really greeted all too well, all of the workers seemed like it was their first day on the job, the rim of the trash can needed to be wiped down, the glass on the door was dirty, tables needed to be wiped down, there wasn’t really a point of urgency in any of their steps, they didn’t really greet anyone when they walked in, and the over all mood was sluggish… in all i do believe they needed a little more enthusiasm considering the fact that they talked to every single customer with a straight face, and they could honestly speak a little louder, have more mannerism to their tone.

I picked up a last minute large order for my work on Saturday and the customer service was amazing! I really appreciate how accommodating , polite and helpful the staff was!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. I just left there. It was super busy, but the staff was on top of everything, an attentive to every customer. Whoever owns this place definitely hired some of the best people i've seen in a long time. Cannot recommend this place more.

They don't answer their phone a place an order online and and when I realized it was going to be an hour later I couldn't get anybody to pick up the phone so I could cancel it. Answer your phones

This is probably my least favorite location. I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak sub and it had no Chipotle on it. When the woman called out our names to get our food I was immediately alarmed by her tone. I felt like I was in trouble. She sounded like a drill sergeant. My friend I was with ordered a buffalo sub and her buffalo sauce was all over my sub.
