Jersey Mike's Subs

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. I just left there. It was super busy, but the staff was on top of everything, an attentive to every customer. Whoever owns this place definitely hired some of the best people i've seen in a long time. Cannot recommend this place more.

They don't answer their phone a place an order online and and when I realized it was going to be an hour later I couldn't get anybody to pick up the phone so I could cancel it. Answer your phones

This is probably my least favorite location. I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak sub and it had no Chipotle on it. When the woman called out our names to get our food I was immediately alarmed by her tone. I felt like I was in trouble. She sounded like a drill sergeant. My friend I was with ordered a buffalo sub and her buffalo sauce was all over my sub.

**Statement on Observed Food Handling Practices at Jersey Mike's, Gainesville, Georgia**

On July 9, 2024, at 12:54 PM, at the Jersey Mike's located on Highway in Gainesville, Georgia, I observed an employee handling money and giving change while simultaneously performing other tasks, all while wearing the same gloves used to prepare sandwiches. This practice raises significant concerns regarding food safety and hygiene, as cross-contamination can occur when gloves are not changed between handling money and preparing food. It is essential for food service establishments to adhere to strict hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of their customers. Proper training and enforcement of food safety standards are crucial to prevent potential health risks associated with such practices. Why will this not let me post the freaking pictures? Stood in line for 15 minutes, only five of us in line, and they only helped one person with their order of two sandwiches. We were all just standing there forever while the employees seemed super confused. I eventually walked out as I realized they couldn’t get two basic sandwiches made for the guy in front of me under 10 minutes.

I always come to this location for two reasons, the food and staff! This past Sunday was super busy which I never mind because the staff always makes it worth it. However, while waiting I immediately realized I was going to be unable to enjoy my meal in store due to the extreme hot temperatures. I never complain but when it was my turn in line I just had to ask one of the staff members if they always keep the thermostat at a certain temperature, the young lady told me that it was something due to the grill that hadn’t been fixed (I don’t remember specifically what it was) but I thought it was pretty ridiculous that a store as busy as this one had there staff working in conditions that I couldn’t even handle myself while just waiting in line. I’ve worked in the food industry so I understand it’s not the easiest and not the best paying either. Regardless, no one should be working under these conditions. Completely lost my respect! My regards are with the new manager Miss Alejandría who seems to make them feel at ease as well as we the customers! They did a wonderful job and I hope this gets resolved for them.

Blatantly ignored for almost 10 minutes when picking up an online order. Then the lady got rude with me. Worst customer service ever. Will not be back.

Won't take a 100 dollar bill.

I just picked up a mobile order and got home to find the bread was so hard I could barely eat it. My husband has dentures and couldn't eat his dinner at all. I'm upset because we absolutely love jersey mikes and we're excited to splurge on food only to be disappointed by what we were given. We have never had this happen before. The staff weren't very nice either when I picked up. Bad experience all around.
