Service not up to par.... Lacks competently trained staff... Poorly managed and ran. Spend your money elsewhere. Took ages beyond my pickup time. The point of picking up is to not wait... They started the order once I got here and had a dozen other orders "waiting" on the grill.

I just picked up a mobile order and got home to find the bread was so hard I could barely eat it. My husband has dentures and couldn't eat his dinner at all. I'm upset because we absolutely love jersey mikes and we're excited to splurge on food only to be disappointed by what we were given. We have never had this happen before. The staff weren't very nice either when I picked up. Bad experience all around.

Placed an order through UberEats for two sandwiches. Waited 40-50 minutes for delivery. When the food got here one whole sandwich was missing. When I called the restaurant I was told they realized the error as soon as the driver left but did nothing to contact me, the driver or UberEats...excuse was "we didn't have any contact info on the order". So rather than trying to contact UberEats, they did nothing. Then the wanted me to come pick up a new sandwich or I could call UberEats to have the driver come back. That's not how it works, the driver won't go back because they have other deliveries to make.Now I understand that mistakes get made, but when you're in a customer service based business and you've messed up this bad, you should do something to fix it, but just pawn the customer off on the delivery service. It wasn't UberEats' fault your staff messed up!!!Needless to say, I'm not a fan of Jersey Mike's. The food is edible but not memorable. Anyone can make a sandwich....
I've worked in food business all my life and I know that there are rules and regulations that are required. The young lady fixing my food was sweet. The issue that I'm having is that her hair was not properly restraint. She should have it in a ponytail or a hair net. Something. Not letting her shoulder length hair fky around freely under that sun visor. I couldn't even stay inside while the food was prepared. They only reason I didn't say anything while there is because my husband asked me not to. I wanted to ask for a refund and leave. The food is great. That's why we keep coming back. But something needs to be done about the hair and hair restraint

I was eating at about 7 pm on May 1 and the woman cleaning the floor was using such a strong chemical that I really felt like I needed to go to the emergency room due to lung irritation. Wow….

Never tried Jersey Mikes before today. I really wanted a good sub sandwich for lunch. Stopped by this location on Dawsonville hwy in Gainesville Georgia as it was as the closest to me. Pass by this store all the time but today was the day I decided to try it. OMG ! I never expected it to be so delicious! I tried the #8 club sub Mikes way and boy am I glad I did. Perfect sandwich ! This Mama Bear loves it
