It's sad to see how this store is closed on weekends...the most busiest weeks when everyone is off...you are not able to order online...not even with delivery...you have to drive almost 30 mins to the nearest JJ in Cummings or Buford....

3pm on a Saturday and it’s locked up tight in spite of the hours on their door and online. And the last time I tried to go in there, I was told they were too busy with online orders to take any walk-in orders. Ownership should just sell this location to someone who wants to and knows how to run a business.

I placed an order online at 7:30am and selected that it would be ready by 11:30am. When I arrived there were no orders ready. The store was full of people that placed online orders. Mario started screaming at customers telling them if they don't have patience to get out. He stopped making the sandwiches by order and just started screaming at each customer wanting to know what they ordered and if they had their order to get out. He is always talking down to customers and has no respect whatsoever. This is not the only time I have had an issue with Mario. I placed an order for delivery and after two hours past the delivery time I called to get a refund. He accused me of lying and told me that it had been delivered. It took forever to convince him that I had chosen the correct location for the order. I gave him the order information and he finally gave me my refund. This is a sorry excuse for restaurant and manager.

The workers at this location are rude and do not have a bit of customer service. I work for a company that receives a large delivery from your company frequently. My order is constantly wrong. The other day, my order was canceled an hour in because a driver did not show up. I understand things happen, but it's the lack of empathy and customer service that is bothering. Today I ordered a turkey tom meal and received something totally different and when I called to dispute my order- the guy who answered the phone was rude!!!!!

Best to call ahead or go by and make sure they're actually open. The app will let you place an order even when they're closed. "Confirmation" numbers mean nothing. JJ needs to get its act together.

Placed an order online today and went to the store and it’s closed!!! the order was accepted and confirmed but the stores locked with the lights off. Definitely would never order on the app from this store ever again.

I stopped by for lunch around 3 on a Saturday, only to find the place closed despite the posted hours; thankfully, I hadn’t submitted my usual online order, but it’s frustrating when their schedule isn’t kept up to date. Not complaining about food it has been good during my last few visits.
