Ordered online for pickup at 6pm on a Friday, website, app, and google all agree on them being open until 9, and I show up to a closed store. The store didn't even have times posted on their door. I called to get it refunded, and the woman who answered said that the owner decided to close at 6 from now on but doesn't want to change the time on the website or app. Just update something so we don't waste our money. Going to need to dispute the charge now.

Ordered at 6:01. Went to pick it up. Store was closed even though app and Google both stated that it was open.
Next day no one followed up, canceled, or refunded my order. I called the store and a rude female employee explained that they close at 6 PM now due to “owner’s request” and that the owner refuses to update Google open times or the App to prevent situations like this.
After 10 minutes on the phone, they explained they can’t refund my order because it’s from the previous day and the general manager has to do it when he is back. There was not a single ounce of empathy or one “sorry” through the whole conversation.

I have tried this Jimmy johns a few times hoping that it will get better. How can you run a sub shop and always be out of bread. Last time I will come here.

We stopped on our road trip and come through this area often. It was a great experience and everyone that worked there was very nice. They had multiple rushes while we were dining in and eating. They still were on it and took the time with whatever we needed.

They called 45 minutes after I placed my order and cancelled it claiming they have no delivery driver on weekends. I asked them to remove the option from the app on weekends. They said the owner would have to do it and they haven't been able to get in contact with the owner for a while(they said). Hopefully the owner will see this and do something about it. I don't blame the employees I blame the owner. Please get this issue corrected as soon as possible. Now I get no food on my lunch thanks to the owner. Do no order on weekends or they will do the same to you. They either need a weekend delivery driver or to remove the option from the app. This is not acceptable. I pray the owner sees this and the issue is corrected as soon as possible. Thanks

Tried multiple times to place an order and it's never open and accepting orders. If Jimmy John's can't pay its people well enough it keep every location staffed appropriately, they need to close these locations and figure out a better business policy. This is ridiculous.
This place is straight ass. They are never open. They close at noon on a Saturday don’t ever eat here don’t ever go. Don’t even bother calling them. They won’t even pick up the phone.

Worst Jimmy John’s location I have ever experienced! They are randomly closed all the time. Just placed an on line pick up and it charged my credit card 4 times. Went to pick up the sandwiches and dispute the charges, to find they were closed once again on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. It’s a shame because we love Jimmy John’s sandwiches but this location really should have their franchise revoked. So disappointing!
Food is decent, when its open… I ordered on the app today and went to the store to pick it up and saw that it was closed. On google and on the jj app it says that its open. Not sure why this location is always closed on the most random days
Had a catering order scheduled to pick up today. They are closed…no sign…no call. Horrible. Scrambled for my daughter’s event and Jersey Mike’s was able to handle. I worked at a Jimmy J for four years in college- this location is a joke. Ive been here a few times in the past and noticed that the “freaky fast” culture does not exist at this location. I figured I would give it a shot with this small cater order. Very disappointing. I want my money back since it was paid online.

My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer and she’s always been health conscious. But now that she’s home and losing weight, she’s been eating whatever she wants. Today, while she was at her chemo appointment, she said she wanted to have Jimmy John’s. Do I went to grab it after they opened. I had no idea the terrible service I was going to get because it was around 11:25 when I went in. They just opened and haven’t encountered a lot of grief yet, right?
I went in and didn’t even receive a greeting. The guy just looked at me then told me to give him a moment to which I told him to take his time. Once he finished, I was telling him my order and he couldn’t have been more irritated to be there listening to me. After each thing I ordered I got “anything else” in the most bored tone. Fine, whatever. My sandwiches were done then I remember my mom wanted her cut in three pieces. When I told the guy who took my order I got “WHICH SANDWICH?!” In the rudest tone. I truthfully didn’t think I asked for much. The man making the sandwiches cut it and I said thank you and only received a gruff “uh huh”.
If you can’t even provide the most basic service of a greeting, quit. If you hate your job that much, quit. No one if forcing you to be there. At least smile. It’s safe to say, I will never be returning to that location. They’re big jerks in there.

Was told that they were completely out of French bread. What a joke.
Placed an order at 11:28 AM via the app for delivery just 5 minutes away. After 30+ minutes with no tracking update and no one answering the store phone, I drove there myself. It wasn’t busy, but the employee was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying my food was “out for delivery” with zero apology or attempt to help. My order didn’t arrive until 12:45 PM—over an hour and a half later—delivered by someone on an e-bike. The driver was polite and apologetic, unlike the staff in-store. Drinks were flat from bouncing in the cooler bag. If they only have one bike delivery driver, they shouldn’t be offering delivery at all. Total waste of a delivery fee and tip. Disappointing experience.
