As you can clearly see, this, one piece of chicken plus another was not cooked. It was very soggy, and not prepared correctly. I was offered more chicken, but I decided to get a refund.

Got the $7 fill-up with tenders, chicken was good, hot, but the breading lacked something. Needed more peppercorn pepper. Mashed potatoes were good. Biscuit was great. Service was ok. Need to get back to the Colonel's 23 hurbs and spice's.

Literally the worst restaurant in Gainesville. Ordered through doordash at 9pm (closes at 10pm). THE STORE ACCEPTED MY ORDER, BUT DID NOT MAKE IT AND CLOSED WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. We waited OVER AN HOUR for our food, only for the doordash driver to contact us that the store had closed, and we wouldn't be getting our food. We just ordered food again, like 30 minutes ago and the Mac n cheese was absolutely disgusting. Like, inedible, our chicken is not right, and we didn't even receive our $5 drink. Do not waste your time at this piece of garbage.

They need to go back to there original chicken recipe I'm not sure why they changed the breading on the original chicken recipe??? I loved the taste of the old original chicken recipe just isnt the same anymore. KFC original chicken now since they changed it really isn't as good I'm very disappointed in the taste.

Ordered 8pc family meal extra crispy. I came home and had to recook the chicken! Was a pale tan color rather than golden brown and when I peeled the skin back it was slimy!! The biscuits were also undercooked, we ate around the doughy part! My family probably would’ve gotten sick if I hadn’t cooked it thoroughly!
Horrible experience. My order wasn’t delivered to me (which I do not fault the restaurant as I ordered through their mobile app and door dash was the ones at fault) but when I called the restaurant I was first hung up on as I was trying to see if my order had been picked up. I called back and another lady answered. After explaining everything, all I got back from her was “Welp your food was stolen by door dash!” This isn’t the first poor experience I’ve had at this location, but this will be the last as I will look elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst fast food place I've been to while doordashing, I got their at 8:12pm for a doordash and they already had the lobby locked up and closed which was supposed to close at 9 but thats not even where the main problem starts then I go up to the window for their to be some lazy grumpy female worker I had asked if they had my order she just rolled her eyes at me and said it wasnt ready in a rude tone then closes the window then she gets the drink the only thing not ready at the time and so I finally get my food and stuff but there was no reason for all of that attitude and laziness not a single other customer was their and its not like they were crazy busy or even super late they really need to check on their employee's that lady shouldn't have any job with that kind of attitude if your hoping for a nice atmosphere while you eat I would definitely never come here and spend money with these people.
edit: looking at other reviews I can see other people taking about the same lazy rude female worker she should definitely be fired!

Went to order a 8 piece all white meat and girl refused me. I seen she did in fact have 1 tray. Ask if they were not cooking more and her response was she didn't know. Very lazy to say the least. I'll never go back.
