I was just yelled at by the lady in the Deli for coming by her counter 3 times between 8:30 and 9:00. I saw the sign on the counter saying that the sliced meat counter didn’t open until 9:00. I was just hoping that I could get my sliced turkey for my wife. The first two times I came by she ignored me, I didn’t say a word. The third time I came by she exploded at me. I then proceeded to put all of my groceries back on the shelves. I’m not sure if I will ever go back.

Click list needs to check dates. Picked up an order on Friday Sep 30th with ground turkey with a sell by date of Sep 27th. Ridiculous. Pull the dates and when picking an order choose the latest dates just like a shopper would.Update.....Continues to go down hill. In the last two weeks I have gotten rotten onions, moldy pepperoni, and a frozen pizza that was completely thawed. Also my last order was thrown in my truck I thought it sounded a little bad when they were putting it in but this is what I saw when I opened my trunk. Please put some training into your click list employees. This is the closest grocery store to my house so I really hate to change but I am thinking I might not have a choice.

Love the staff here. John is one of my favorites. He always remembers you and stops to speak to you. The parking is horrible, but the store itself is good. Highly recommend.

The people at customer service are very nice but Jordan a cashier is terribly rude. She smells like rotten eggs and is super rude. Aimee is right behind her telling me I’m wrong but when the front end manager Betty comes she puts them in their place.

Every time I go in for a money order I always have to wait because there is never anyone at the customer service counter I almost have to ask someone to get me some help

Was in Kroger today and was treated so badly I finally called Kroger hq to complain about the total lack of customer service. If you are in management act like or go back to the cave you ce from.The Cashiers in Self Service are Rude and Act like they are doing you a favor when the register when up a price wrong. They have no authority to adjust price without checking with Mangement who Just Hide in office. Frankly they should have their Happy self out there ringing up customers when only 1 register is open. When the economy is bad and nobody wants to work you get the Bottom of the Barrel; for employees

Been going to this store for 7 years, it is horrible. Customer no- service is always rude and not helpful. Wish they would close and build a nice one, like the one on Limestone. Poor Management.
