Rude, incompetent employees in the pharmacy. Don’t plan for online orders or prescriptions to be ready on time or for them to care. Do plan on being overcharged and having to spend time on the phone to get a refund instead of store credit and to have your insurance or Good RX run incorrectly. They are gouging and ripping people off at every turn they can.
I just want to give Brad a huge shout out for helping me today and going above and beyond to help out a customer!! He was extremely kind! and deserves to be recognized!!
I will usually highly recommend the Thompson Bridge Kroger atore, not today. I arrived at 6 pm to pick up my curve side pick up and was informed it will be delayed by 10 minutes. It is 6:40 and I am still waiting in the parking lot for my order to be ready.
Priced wrong wouldn’t homer price as marked
This morning it was very early and rainy outside and Quay (I think was his name) was our cahier and he was ABSOLUTELY, a ray of sunshine, on this rainy morning. He was so polite and engaged in conversation with not only me but my children also. He made our morning 100% better. Thank you Quay!
Will not be shopping at this kroger anymore after last Thursday. Picked up my clicklist order and they gave me my receipt I immediately started looking at it because I like to coupon and should of saved a good bit of money. I immediately noticed at the bottom of my receipt two balances one was after my coupons and the second was after $19 and some change was mysteriously added. When I got home I called clicklist back to question the two balances and they said the first balanc
Horrible customer service! Horrible selection! How has this store not shut down yet!? This is why I shop at Publix and Ingles
Horrible customer service, stock is limited and meat/produce aren’t fresh and sometimes out of date.
Worst customer service! Out of date meats/produce, out of many items, immature store manager. Wont help you at all. I asked, Jeremiah, I think, where the greeting cards were..he said “I dunno, somewhere over there by the self checkout, I think” and just pointed. Finally I found them with no help from him. Not shopping here anymore. INGLES IS WHERE ITS AT! All fresh food. Always stocked and the BEST customer service of any grocery store I’ve been in.
The store is fine is shopping inside but I don't recommend clicklist here. I have gotten out of date items, damaged items and several times I didnt get my full order and had to back.

The customer service at this Kroger location is severely lacking, especially a woman named Deborah. She was extremely rude, arrogant, condescending and not at all concerned with her customer service skills. Maybe Kroger needs to invest in additional training for their employees.
I would like to bring to your attention the incredible time consumption it takes to save money with your app. In my experience living a full family life, I have to shop Kroger stores and at the same time coupon on your app. Why can't your app user already have those coupons added. I scroll forever looking for products we use to save. who has time for this nonsense? Also there is a limit as to how many coupons you can add to your wallet. That's equally angering. Does anyone else suffer from this process?
Excellent service would recommend for most of my shopping needs extremely convenient
This is the 3rd visit in a row that this location has been short stocked. No split chicken breasts or watermelon...on a SATURDAY! Really Kroger?? I’ve been a loyal Kroger shopper for a very long time but this location has taken advantage of a lack of close competition for too long. I will drive a little farther to the Dawsonville store from now on...
The deli makes food fresh daily.
