My corn pup tasted like it had been laying for hours under a heat light. Chili was looked and tasted watered down also had no crackers.

We drove 500 miles to be at the hospital early tomorrow morning. The only place open was this location, and they were closing in about 10 minutes. Matthew was very accommodating. Even though we got there just a few minutes before closing, Matthew said, No problem. Very friendly and professional. 5 star service.

Fries hard food was not on point and I didn't get my money back for my ice cream
I've got to give the biggest shout out to the manager that runs this krystals!!!!! He is by far one of the best people I've ever seen run a fast food joint! I will gladly drive to get my food from him at this store just for the FANTASTIC over the top customer service they believe in!!!!!!

Was there in the 18th of April. Ordered food. Gentlemen told me My card was declined, as he said that I got the notification of charge pending. I showed him. As he called his manager I called the bank. She told me no issues with my card and could see the pending charge. Manger was told to tell me that it was an issue on my end, and that the pending charge would drop off. As of today April 23 it still says charge pending for today's date and I haven't been back ti the location since.

Walking up to the door saw a sign no public restroom. Pretty sure that's illegal. Don't want to eat without washing my hands. Wonder what the staff does. Will never eat here. Pretty sure it's illegal as well.
