2nd visit in a week! Best Customer Service they are fast. The food is always hot and fresh. It has not been in disappointment at all this staff everybody that upcoming contact you in need to visit have been such a pleasure and always wearing a smile. They’re always happy they’re always cheerful. Ryan is awesome. He’s very polite. He’s got great manners. He always serves you with a smile and I just absolutely love this crystals. If you have not been there, you must go. You’re missing out.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and needs to be fired. I had to turn around and drive 5 miles back to this Krystal because she told them to make my order incorrect on purpose because I asked for extra chili which I also paid for. I ordered chili cheese pups and got chili pups instead. When I came into the store to my order redone, she coped an attitude with me like I ordered it wrong then I showed her the receipt and she snatched it out of my hand and threw it in the trash and would not give me the receipt back. I had to ask another associate to get the receipt out of the trash and let me take a picture of it. That there already ticked me off very bad but then when I saw the way she treated her kitchen stuff and how she yelled and talked to them made me literally want to scream at her. This lady either needs to take a step down or be fired. This is not a location that I would go back to unless I know that she was not there anymore and I will be telling corporate about this Behavior as well. I feel so sorry for people that actually have to work with her because this woman is toxic and needs to go to anger management classes.

I ordered the steamer pack combo with fries and drink Asked for cheese extra pickle extra mustard and got none of it...plain and the little pickle and little mustard NO CHEESE and I got charged for it! Tried to call about my to go order and NO ONE IS ANSWERING the PHONE!!!! How will you stay in business????🤦🏼♀️

This is the worst Krystal I have ever been to went in yesterday for lunch after church a lady wearing a manager shirt was sitting in a Black Chevy equinox smoking weed as we walked by with our child she blew smoke directly in my child Direction I’ve called to speak with upper management and got no answer I will be contacting the health department next cause this is crazy and need to have respect for your work place along with the customers….. hire better management
