Somebody always forget something on my order and when I get breakfast the guy at the window seems to be in a hurry when he gives me my food and instantly says “jelly” in the bag even if I didn’t ask for jelly and then I get home to eat and the bag has no jelly whatsoever… make it make since

I came for lunch and ordered five crystals with no cheese I cannot eat cheese....Well guess what I got back to work all five had cheese on them. I don't like to give bad reviews but come on how hard is it to take an order and not put cheese on my burgers $10 going in the garbage because I cannot eat cheese idiots it's not a difficult job shame on you

Please do not come this restaurant at night customer service is horrible. They make you wait a long time in the drive thru and still haven’t even got your order. Go to the window to place an order and still make you wait a long time. Ask for a refund and manager is not properly trained on how to refund a person money. I paid in cash and is couldn’t do a cash refund. Had to call the store manager only to be told to come to the store the next day for a cash refund. I will never eat at Krystal again. They basically make you wait on your food and when you complain they can’t even give your money.

I came to this krystal’s around 11:15 and I was planning on going through the drive thru. I got up to where you order and the man said what do you want ( or something in that order) . Everything seems okay and then I place my order and I get no response. I keep waiting for about 5 mins still no response. I drive to the window and nobody is in there. So i’m waiting and I peak thru the other window and I see 2 men hiding in the back and not doing anything. When they saw my car they went and hid in the back to where I could not see them. I did not end up being able to get anything because of the hiding .Very disappointing.

We have eaten there several times and the food is consistently hot, fresh and served quickly. It’s fast food done right. Hot fries, tastes great!Chili is back, they have self serve soda and they have added new things to the menu.The Manager has been there each time and he is always upbeat, outgoing and busy keeping things running smoothly.
