They said on the google that they’re open but they were closed when I reached there. They haven’t updated the hours on google page.

Online it shows they close at 10 pm and they don’t. They need to adjust their closing times.
It was just today in the morning, I said hello kindly, I asked for my order, one of the women who helped me didn't even say good morning, she was serious when I finished my order, I thanked her, she just turned around and didn't say anything!! If it's not a good day for her because she shows up for work, it's better than not for her not to serve clients. I've had a bad experience in this Michocana. I thought they had already changed but it's not the same or worse.

Need better customer service I called to ask what kind of water they have bc i dont have access to the menu and i asked if there was limonade very rudely she said yes there always is ? i dont see why she had to reply like that

This place was very clean. I ended up with a strawberry milkshake & just wished they would have put some chunks of fruit in it. It was still delicious tho.. I can't wait to try something different next time.
