Went here tonight order my food i was told it would be 15 to 20mins it took an hr to receive my food once i received my food i seen Caitlyn N. go fix another customer’s food she left from taking orders to making orders in the back without washing her hands and no gloves on……i continue to leave…….i open my box while in the car omw home to eat……the pizza was not done well i go back it was 10:06p when i get there they close at 10….i asked if she could cook my pizza some more she takes a look and says ya it’s not done but she’s sorry she already turned the oven off and closed out the drawer….my only options were to come back tomorrow for a remake or refund….there’s nothing she could do…..I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and sent me home wit Uncooked food i have uncooked meat and dough……..i don’t think she understand serving uncooked food could send someone to the ER huge lawsuit……the fact she was cool with it is beyond me…….a management knowingly sending a customer home with uncooked food is unacceptable…….she should’ve refunded me or cooked my food more there is no reason why i left with uncooked Food she said it takes 20mins to warm the oven up and she was NOT turning it on…..mind you i got there at 10:06p y'all closed at 10p the oven is still hot…..I’m definitely not letting this go and she refused to give me the store number

I not only order for myself, but also dash here. Sometimes the waits are long. Not too often are they short in and out. Like a crap shoot on service time. But the staff seem to be working. My food always tastes good. So taste and quality get high marks. Those unpredictable services times though... keep working hard!!

Walked in to get a hot and ready pizza. It was 7 PM on a Monday night. There was nothing hot and ready which I figured but when I went to order a pizza, she said they were not taking any orders. This place is been slowly circling the drain. Save your time save your money and go for the $6.99 carry out at Domino’s.

My father went to get a couple of pizzas. He asked for light sauce (EMB). A young manager at night by the name of Veronica was there and she and her staff made the pizzas great. My father complimented Veronica on the pizzas. He also mentioned to Veronica about the incident he had at the Little Caesars on Browns Bridge. This location has great quality in pizza making and outstanding customer service.

I ordered crazy bread the bread was raw the marinara sauce had mold in it

Over an hour wait the worst damn service ever
WILL NOT BE BACK

Ordered delivery. 6 items total. 3 crazy puffs and 3 crazy sauce. Sauce didn’t show up. LITERALLY gives an item count on the receipt right on the top box. Worthless meal without sauce yet they only offer a $3 refund for my missing items. Not acceptable, I paid and tipped for convenience and I didn’t get it. How do you forget half the order. Won’t be back.

Black guy with red goatee has a bad attitude, claiming he owns the place and he doesn't, hates the homeless and says that they have to dig leftovers from the trash after hours even after talking to the manager

I honestly think this entire first shift team needs to be looked at . The young light skin lady upfront never is off her phone n really gives offs a nasty attitude when even trying to order 🤮🤢
