Double dealing the review on this one.For all Little Caesars ordering is terrible. If you order online and want to request a simple modification because you are crazy like me... Light sauce or whatever you can't do it with out being charged extra.A basic Pepperoni gonna be $6.99 but you want light sauce on that pizza and now it is gonna be $8.00. Same pizza but the one with less ingredients is gonna cost you a buck more.The only way to avoid getting ripped of like this is to call the store and place the order by phone.And there is the problem with this location.If you can even get them to answer the phone half the time they just say "We are not currently taking orders at this location" and hang up on you.You just about never can call and place to order a pizza any time in the afternoon or evening. Calling in for lunch then maybe you will get lucky.If this resturant wasn't run like trash it would be great but I guess in hard time they figure they have you by the short hairs and can treat you however they want because where else are you going to go.Me? I am just going to go anywhere besides Little Caesars for now on...

I have been back and forth about this review for several days but need to say something. For some background, I used to work at a Little Caesars so I know how things should be operating and what should be priorities. I live locally and have been going to this location for about 4 years off and on. Each time has been worse than the last. I am sad to say that I will not be going back.I went last week on a normal weeknight for 2 regular peps. I was told that this would take 45 minutes and it was because online orders were taking priority and time. Several other nights prior to this, I knew it would be a wait so I tried calling an order in, but the phone was never answered. I tried for 10 minutes and 3 different calls but no one ever answered.Little Caesar's main draw is Hot and Ready. The hot box has NEVER had pizzas ready to go as long as I have been trying. When I was working at mine, if the hot boxes were ever empty and people were waiting, we would either get our hours cut for someone who could keep up with the demand or we would be getting fired. Our hot box was NEVER empty.I am not sure what management is doing at this location but it appears like they do not care about this establishment. It is embarrassing and they should feel as such. I am not putting all the blame on the staff as this type of issue starts with management.I really hope management can get things together and see the issues and turn this place around because I just now saw an add for Dominos that their pizzas are the same price. So if they and give pizzas for less than 45 minutes than its the better deal.

I had my husband pickup some pizzas, Italian cheese sticks, and a crazy bread combo after he got out of work. He cane home with the food and was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service he received. He mentioned the cashier name Shannon was to notch and he hasn't seen that kind of professionalism in a long time at this Little Caesars location. So it appears this location has made some major changes to win back customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This absolutely the most unorganized and understaffed little Caesar’s around. The food is NEVER, and I mean NEVER ready when you get there, even when ordered in the app. The staff walks around in a daze and won’t even talk or communicate with you about the order. Honestly feel like it’s a special job release program because the staff act mentally disabled. They only start your order once you come in and ask where your order is. It freaking blows my mind every time I decide to give it another go ??♀️

The cashier was great.But everytime I come in for square deep dish, they are out of dough.No dough for cheesy bread either.Flies in the foyer while waiting. The front door is so heavy it's ridiculously heavy! I'm handicapped, use a cane....how do they expect you to open the door, either in or out, carrying a pizza, using a cane! The door also has tremendous suction. Even non handicapped people think it's stupid.That door comes back and hits you, once you do get it open.Just always unpleasant. The cashier was the only reason I was remotely happy.
