Placed a mobile ordered only to wait over an hour! By the time I got my order it was cold and it looked definitely not fresh… extremely disappointed

In the last month i had 2 issues with 2 different order. The first i ordered a stuffed crust pizza which i was charged as stuffed crust and was delivered a normal pizza i tried calling the location with no answer. Today i placed an online order for pick up online when i arrived to the location the location was closed because there was only one employee but online the restaurant marked as open. The only employee refunded my money which would be back in my account in 3-7 days and canceled my order.

Lobby was close. They were not taking any orders inside the lobby. Try calling multiple times, but there is no answer. Try ordering online. They were taking no online orders. So I decided to go to Papa John's.

Always a 20 minute wait. Dominoes and papa John’s make pizza faster. Not much of a “hot and ready” when they never have any pizza made.

Didn't get my full order, it was cold and the puffs were burnt! The "Customer service" was horrific. Told me that they're not responsible and I can come pick up what I was missing myself. The delivery people told me to wait 10 to 15 days to get my money back. They don't even answer the phone professionally! Never again

This is one of the best Little Caesars I've ever been to. The food is always good and they even have a drive-thru. The only problem is they're constantly busy.
