Always like to speak good of all, but this time sadly not. Waitress almos never serv us a drink, not warm but almost cold food when soposed to be hot cause I got a Sirloin. I have to insist the girl that I would like more drink but in all our lunch/dinner time only once . We have to take a box for to go and wait long time for the girl and showes uo until we start to leave the table to pay in front , she ask if we leave and , I answer yes and she ask ti pay her , I said I want to oay in frin and she insist ans said she is the only place to where to pay, I give her my Card at the same time I say that she was so late and din't liked her service. Normally anything I consumed I left from $10.00 to $20.00 as Tip , this time just $ 8.00 and I thinking to stop to eat for some time on this restaurant , because this location , the ona on 124hwy closed to 78 . And the worst on 78Hwy and Killian Hill ... some like this happened us on Olive Garden and now has been 10 years We don't walk in any more, on Chilis was a nightmare and has been over of 15 years we don't go there ...

I don't understand why 90% of longhorn restaurants have low sanitation grades. There's not much on the menu. So what's the problem. Hostess seated us and my husband asked if I noticed the 89 sanitation grade? We got up and lefted. Longhorn you have great steaks. However, what's your problem with low sanitation grades.

This location always smells like dirty mop water! Steaks often overcooked and service very slow. We live 5 min away and would rather drive 30min to braselton or dawsonville locations...much better!

We ordered the pork chops but they were so tough we had trouble cutting them. Managed to choke down one of them. Very bad experience. They've seen the last of me!

We are fairly regular customers here. The food was excellent as always, same for the atmosphere. However, we were disappointed that we had to wait about 15 minutes before our server ever came over to get our drink order. Could have been new and training, willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Still a wonderful place to eat and we will be back soon!!!

Strong amonia odor or cleaning chemicals as soon as we walked in. Fountain drink had an oily film floating around and I didn't drink it. Service was slow and inattentive.
