When someone specifically asks if a certain toy will be included in a Happy Meal and you say yes, maybe make sure to actually include the toy? The sauces we asked for would have been nice, too. Very disappointed.

Worst McDonald's and customer service that I have ever had and that's saying alot considering there is so many McDonald's but those drive thru employees were awful and after 20 minutes to get my food. I witnessed probably at minimum 8 cars get mad and pull out. Whoever the night manager is needs to be fired

We were in the McDonald’s on Jesse Jewell pkwy today 2/5/2025 around 1:30pm. The place was overrun with homeless folks. I personally had one try to follow me inside until he seen my husband then he turned around, a couple of minutes later he was staring at us thru the window. There was a lady there with her children, he scared her and she left the restaurant with her kids quickly. I did not feel safe there. There were several outside in the parking lot, then one came in and sat behind us in a booth. He didn’t order food or drink, he was just there apparently for the bathroom, air conditioning and free internet. I personally don’t think I will be back to that location any time soon. I understand they might be harmless. But they sometimes ask for food or money. But the one following me then doing a creepy stare in the window and scaring that family was just too much.
Food is always made fresh and fast,staff is friendly and they do a great job.The store and parking lot are kept exceptionally clean.It is a great place to meet friends,pick up dinner or relax with an apple pie and coffee.

Went to get a happy meal around 10:30pm. 5 people in front counter 2 ppl at kitchen!! Waited 30 minutes. Cold fries wrong order!! They are slow!!!!

I sent a friend of mine up there to the Jesse Jewell store to go pick me up a meal I am disabled and in a wheelchair and have no transportation and I cannot make it out there in this cold weather. Anyway he went inside the store to go order for me in the staff and their told him to go through the drive-thru in the lobby was closed and so he went to the drive-thru speaker and waited there for like 10 minutes to take my order and then another car pulls around him and they take their order completely ignoring his presence and then he went to the window and they told them go to the speaker and order again and they still forgot about him and then they finally answered and he was frustrated because he had to wait so long and they denied service for him well for me anyway I'm not happy I'm very upset something has to be done about it there's absolutely no reason for that s*** Im currently homeless and haven't had anything to eat today and I'm not going to be able to have anything for the whole night just because of that situation

For Heaven's Sake, go eat somewhere else. Majority of the people in the dining room are there to sleep and use the wall outlet to charge their phones. While I was there eating my meal I was approached by several individuals in the dining room to give them a dollar.

Came inside to have breakfast was sitting down trynna decide what I wanted ! A black lady came up to me didn’t hit me with a “ how you doing “ nothing .. str8 said “ you have 5 mins to order or you will have to leave “ it’s sad your own people look down on you like you gonna do something bad when you trynna figure stuff out ! I felt not wanted! It’s sad ! Very sad , will be my last time inside of this place ! If she said that to me then I wonder how she treats other people ! Thanks for a start of a lovely day because McDonald’s won’t stop my joy ! P.s I also came looking for a job because I know McDonald’s like the back of my hand , move my search else where ! And to the Hispanics that work in McDonald’s ! This is free country not just for yall ! Everyone should be treated equally !!!! Not loooked down on ! OWNERS NEED TO LET THIS BE KNOWN ! This is American , GAINESVILLE GA NOT MEXICO OR DR OR PR NONE OF THAT !!!
