Ordered two McDonaldland happy meals that clearly advertised toys with the meals and was not given the toys. The McDonaldsland milkshake was nasty. Everytime we order a happy meal this McDonald's doesn't include the toy(Jesse Jewel Parkway, Gainesville GA). Way to rip people off and upset kids.

Was just in the drive thru not even 20 to 30 mins ago. My bf was ordering food in the drive thru. The lady told him to wait. And, then spoke through the drive through that this is crazy. I spoke to my bf and told him that is rude. Let’s go somewhere else. We are traveling. And, we are going to the McDonald’s in Cleveland Ga instead. Do better. It is terribly rude to tell a customer that this is crazy on their order. And, our order was quite simple. Your drive through personnel have no manners. And, it was a woman speaking.

One of my worst experiences at this McDonald’s . When I got home, I noticed I was missing two big Macs so I called the McDonald’s a few times and got no answer so I ended up driving back up to the McDonald’s which that was almost an two and a half hours of my time from the time I made the order to the time I went back .the manager Alondra gave me the hardest time even after I presented a photo of my online order, and I showed her my bank account where the money had been taken out from my order. She was extremely rude The whole time. She Said next time I had to take all the food back in order for her to replace it, which I didn’t need anything replaced. I just needed it to get the part of my order that was missing.. the way she spoke to me and treated me was absolutely rude and disrespectful

I order a whole meal, it takes like 2 mins but if I order just one item or 2 it takes them about 20 mins every time. I came here on break And over half of it was gone by the time I got my food. That's horrible, yall need to do better
