This place has useless employees, slow, lazy, they don't serve well.. every time I come the machines inside don't work, you ask for something simple and it takes as if it were large orders, you arrive with the hope that as they are 3 things as soon as you enter and leave NOO it's like that.. the employees attend you with a desire that doesn't even provoke going. There is a great bad administration here by the manager or whatever.. the employees are totally unhappy.. you go through driver tup and it's the same Simple NOTHING FAST.

We come here at night, and they always serve me with a smile at the drive thru. They get me a fish sandwich, and never complain. Itâs a great McDonaldâs to go to.

Waited 20 mins for a cheeseburger and watched everyone after me get there food before me then the employees brought me out someone else's order completely different order number in the bag with my receipt on the bag. Evening shift leaves a lot to be desired. Completely different than day shift who actually somewhat have their acts together. I think we need some of daytime management managing evening shift

They literally never give you everything that is ordered. Pay at window 1. Get drinks at window 2 and then you park and wait and wait and wait. I waited 20 mins before I decided to get everyone out of the car and go in. Finally my order is ready. Check it and of course missing item. No sauce in the bag. Guy said it was âa large orderââŠ..8 value sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 nuggets and a kids meal. I would not consider that largeâŠ.
Get home to eat, buns are so hard on the McDoubles we canât even eat them đ€Šđ»ââïž
I donât expect much from McDonaldâs nor do I expect customer service at all. But I do expect to get edible food, at the very least!
And donât even attempt to do a curbside pickup. You will end up going inside.
Also wanted to edit to addâŠI ordered door dash delivery breakfast last Sunday morning to avoid the waiting and going in. I ordered a big breakfast and 3 hash browns for us to share. Gets delivered with ZERO hash browns. 2 line items and you missed one. Itâs honestly so ridiculous that all you can do is laugh. How do these people actually keep jobs!?!
Great PlayPlace. A bit warm and we had to clean our own table before we could sit, but the Playplace made it all worth it. We've been to a lot of PlayPlaces and this is a GREAT one.
