Visited a few morning this last week. Very peaceful environment with warm and friendly staff. The kiosk wouldn't print receipts, there were no napkins in the lobby, the tables hadn't been wiped, and during one visit I found a dead cockroach on the lobby floor near the children's play area.

Basic McDonald's food. Service was special...had to tell the squawk-box twice and the teller 4 additional times what the order was....6 double cheeseburgers 2 large fry and a diet coke...not a difficult order but they couldn't seem to get it. Then they tried adding in cookies instead of burgers and asked if we still wanted our fries. Horrible service for basic McDonald's food and they weren't busy, we were the only car in the drive thru.

Placed a simple drive-thru order: a cheeseburger kids meal with a Coke and an extra cheeseburger. When we got to the window, the employee called out a completely different order. We showed our receipt to clear things up.
What did we end up with? A 4-piece chicken nugget kids meal — no drink, no extra cheeseburger, nothing close to what we ordered. The staff seemed confused and didn’t double-check anything, did she even read the receipt??
Really frustrating experience for such a basic order.

I've never been to a slower McDonald's in my 34 years on this planet. Now, I don't typically mind a wait especially at prime time for lunch, which is precisely my time of arrival. Upon receiving our order, I noticed my daughter never got her chocolate milk nor did my mother get her cup for her tea. Despite the wait time and slow everything, it fails to compare to how DIGUSTING the women's restroom was! I wanted to go home and shower after having to use this nasty restroom. The handicap stall had soiled diapers over flowing from the sanitary napkin box on the wall! And the small trash bin in the corner of the stall was also overflowing with waste. The toilet has feces splattered all over the toilet seat too. 😫 😷 🤢 🤮 I went to the other stall in hopes of a cleaner option... I suppose it was but there was not toilet tissue in there. Instead of refilling the holder, a roll of brown paper towels was placed in the stall!! 🤦♀️ When we brought the problem to the man who took our order, he just said ok and stood there waiting for us to walk away... I will never EVER come back to this location after seeing how poorly they maintain the restroom. Leaves way too much to the imagination regarding the cleanliness of the kitchen here. Yall need to get a manager that enforces the safety cleaning procedures for maintaining a clean, safe and healthy experience and some staff members that follow those procedures and actually comes to work and WORKS! If I could've put a negative amount of stars I would have. Negative 3 at LEAST! anyways... that is all.

Their drive thru can be so unpredictable. I had to pull forward for 1 order of fries. And sometimes in the morning they will straight up not have any food ready and will say it’s a 10+min wait. If it wasn’t for the app I’d never go, but sometimes I crave fries and tea lol.

This is one of the worst McDonald's around. Horrible service. I spent 30 minutes in the drive just waiting to get to the speaker box to order. I was the 3rd car in line and there were no cars in front of the car that was at the speaker box. I definitely recommend going to a McDonald's elsewhere. This place is horrible. I'm disgusted at the level of service here.

Usually it’s best to stop here if you ordered using their app. Otherwise you have to go inside and like many McDonald’s the help may not notice you because the computer has not directed them to.
