The lady waiting in front of me had her food but waited over 5 minutes for a Cup of water. She had 4 employees ask her what she needed and never came back. Also, the place was filthy. Trash on the floor. Do not recommend.

Just left this location on TBR didn’t notice the chicken biscuit was burnt and half done if I had the gas to go all the way back I would have took it back! Just money wasted!! Thanks a lot McDonald’s!!

They never make the food right the first time, all I got was two cheese burgers and they couldn’t make it right, I done went through the drive through 3 times and they always sound tired at the speaker at night, the customer service is really bad, don’t recommend going.

The last couple of times I have been here my order has been incorrect, either missing items or missing addons. check your order before leaving.
Went through drive thru. The girl was Hispanic and kept repeating my order back wrong. I could barely understand her. When I got to the pickup windows, she handed my tea out. It was so hot No ice When I asked for ice. She acted like why? I said it is hot. Gave me a very small cup of ice. Half my order was missing. I assume it was the manager came up and told me to pull up. They brought out my burger, no fries. Had to ask for them and had to wait. What is wrong with this place?

I ordered 3 meals it took 30 minutes to get my food and on top of that everything i ordered was supposed to have monopoly stickers of them and not one of them did!! not even one… my family loves playing it it’s fun and we picked our meals based on the stickers. never going to this one again literally worse experience ever guess i should expect it when it’s mcdonald’s….
