Everytime I go to moes its amazing the atmosphere, food and service but when Destiny is there it’s a different ball game. She goes above and BEYOND for the customer and always brightens the place up! I would definitely recommend going and I believe she deserves a raise for how amazing of service she gives to every customer.

I was served by Ashton & Sara and they were absolutely WONDERFUL. Service was speedy & friendly, and they helped me out with showing me rewards so I got a BOGO deal! The food here is one of my favorites in town and the atmosphere itself is a fun place. I highly recommend this restaurant & I hope you get the pleasure of being served by Ashton & Sara!

The steak is always grisly and has alot of fatty chunks that you can chew. The ground beef is way over seasoned and super salty. The chicken was the better option which was just right in my opinion. The burritos are awesome and I love the tacos too! Next I'll be trying the salad bowl.

$18 for a homewrecker and no drink is ridiculous. Joe Biden prices won't go away but these businesses are going to price themselves out of business if they don't start coming down. I could have went to a buffet for that price.

Food was great. They were out of lettuce due to shortages. This isn't the only restaurant that I've been to that had no lettuce.

I normally don't speak negatively about Moe's as it's been almost a weekly ritual for me for well over 15 years, however, I cannot keep this to myself any longer (specifically the Gainesville location).
Guys. It is not hard to cook white meat chicken!
I've complained to the workers in-store (who didn't seem to really care) as well as management on several occasions to no avail.
The chicken is consistently severely overcooked and bland to the point of being burnt to a crisp. This issue has been going on for ~1 year at this point. The first few times this happened I let it go and decided to try again only to be let down each time I try again. Two weeks ago the food was fine...almost back to normal standards. However last week (and again today), it's right back to overcooked.
Also at some point in recent months they've changed to white cheese and it threw off everything about the stacks.
Really the only thing this location has going for it anymore is the queso (which is really hard to mess up since it's pre-packaged and simply reheated). However, during my visit today the chips were greasy (and see-through) and made the queso experience just as bad as the stack!
Just for reference, the photo I attached is of WHITE MEAT chicken taken May 1 2024.
Parking: The parking lot is a somewhat cramped at the entrance and sometimes conflicts with neighboring businesses.
Kid-friendliness: They have cookies.

Very disappointed when I lived in the area I used to eat Moe's a few times a month. It's been a few years. Definitely not the same. The chicken was over cooked and tough. And what happened to all the toppings? One lady was nice and tried to help me but the young men had an I don't care attitude.

I have been hesitant to write this review because everyone can have a bad day but this has become more consistent ( over my last three visits). The workers have gloves that they wear but unlike other places they never change them out. I watched the person making the persons food in front of me handle food, then the cooking tools, ring someone out, touch money and go back to handling food with never changing gloves. When I asked the employee to put on new gloves they did not argue but rolled their eyes and gave me a nasty look. The next time I visited they were busy so the person put my "stack" on the grill and left it never to look at it again. I had to ask the cashier after a long time when my food would be ready. They took it off the grill, boxed it up and gave it to me. Severely overcooked and dried out.
Then yesterday (9/27, no one in line behind me for this whole process) the person making my food, who I found out opened the store that day (might have been the manager) seemed not to care about doing the job. She was quick and sloppy. I figured she was having a bad day so I tried to speak soft and kind especially. I asked for a little pico and a little sour cream and she just dumped a bunch on and squirted the sour cream several times because it was almost out. She then proceeded to fold the ends in without care. She put it on the grill. She did not put the weight on top of it as required. I had to ask the cashier jokingly if they changed the way they made it and she went over and put the weight on. It was too late though. Between her sloppy food prep, under cooking the "stack" (warm in parts still cold in others) and not folded correctly, I had to eat it with a fork because it was falling apart. You are supposed to be able to hold it.
This is not an overall Moe's issue because the one in Dawsonville is spectacular and all the employees care about what they are doing. This is a Gainesville Moe's on Shallowford Road management issue that needs to be addressed before I will return.
I gave 1 star because if I gave anything higher the overall problems would probably not get noticed and my review would probably not get read by those who could change it.
I hope this can change because Moe's has awesome food when made by those that care about customers enjoying their food.
