Always have to wait not enough staff to help mutliple ppl ordering. Food good. Rarely have new salsas same array all the time...

My boyfriend had a really hard day and he was out of groceries. I live far away, so I decided to surprise him by Doordashing a burrito from
this Moe’s to his house. I have never done this before, and ordering food is very rare for both of us so it felt like a splurge. But I was excited to do something to make him feel special. I texted him and told him the burrito was on the way. He started to perk up. We texted back and forth as we tracked the burrito for an hour. Finally, it arrived! He was excited to bring it in from the porch. He warmed it up, bit into and — there’s cheese on it. I did not select cheese as a topping. I triple-checked to make sure. We are both vegan, so we cannot eat cheese and since he had warmed up the burrito, the cheese was melted over everything and could not be removed. He had to throw the whole thing away. We were both so, so sad. This was not just about a messed up order, but it ruined what would have been a really fun and special meal for him and thwarted my attempt to care for him from afar. I will not trust this Moe’s again.

Yesterday, we came here for lunch and I had the Homewrecker. These folks are always aware of what’s going on and they have fantastic food with great service with a warm environment.

I understand getting food wrong once on an online order. But to go back in and show them and then it to be fixed wrong AGAIN. Is very disappointing. I placed an online order and the order was simple but the remake of the order contained things that were not in the order and missing things that were. Simply disappointed with my experience.

Everytime I go to moes its amazing the atmosphere,food and service but when Destiny is there it’s a different ball game. She goes above and BEYOND for the customer and always brightens the place up! I would definitely recommend going and I believe she deserves a raise for how amazing of service she gives to every customer.

I was served by Ashton & Sara and they were absolutely WONDERFUL. Service was speedy & friendly, and they helped me out with showing me rewards so I got a BOGO deal! The food here is one of my favorites in town and the atmosphere itself is a fun place. I highly recommend this restaurant & I hope you get the pleasure of being served by Ashton & Sara!

The steak is always grisly and has alot of fatty chunks that you can chew. The ground beef is way over seasoned and super salty. The chicken was the better option which was just right in my opinion. The burritos are awesome and I love the tacos too! Next I'll be trying the salad bowl.

$18 for a homewrecker and no drink is ridiculous. Joe Biden prices won't go away but these businesses are going to price themselves out of business if they don't start coming down. I could have went to a buffet for that price.

Food was great. They were out of lettuce due to shortages. This isn't the only restaurant that I've been to that had no lettuce.

I normally don't speak negatively about Moe's as it's been almost a weekly ritual for me for well over 15 years, however, I cannot keep this to myself any longer (specifically the Gainesville location).

Guys. It is not hard to cook white meat chicken!

I've complained to the workers in-store (who didn't seem to really care) as well as management on several occasions to no avail.

The chicken is consistently severely overcooked and bland to the point of being burnt to a crisp. This issue has been going on for ~1 year at this point. The first few times this happened I let it go and decided to try again only to be let down each time I try again. Two weeks ago the food was fine...almost back to normal standards. However last week (and again today), it's right back to overcooked.

Also at some point in recent months they've changed to white cheese and it threw off everything about the stacks.

Really the only thing this location has going for it anymore is the queso (which is really hard to mess up since it's pre-packaged and simply reheated). However, during my visit today the chips were greasy (and see-through) and made the queso experience just as bad as the stack!

Parking: The parking lot is a somewhat cramped at the entrance and sometimes conflicts with neighboring businesses.

Very disappointed when I lived in the area I used to eat Moe's a few times a month. It's been a few years. Definitely not the same. The chicken was over cooked and tough. And what happened to all the toppings? One lady was nice and tried to help me but the young men had an I don't care attitude.
