Great food! We came with a bigger group and collectively had pizzas, pasta, garlic knots, and bread. Everything was delicious and the staff was quick and friendly.

Stopped in yesterday on the way home to get some food. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. Young lady at the counter was nice and polite. But unfortunately the spaghetti was one of the worst dishes from a restaurant I've had in a long time. Would not recommend the spaghetti with meat sauce.

Food is ok, nothing to write home about but my biggest complaint is that when you ask for butter, they hand you cheap margarine and when you ask them again for real butter, they tell you that their 53% vegetable oil spread from Sysco is in fact, butter.
Overall, everything is overpriced for what you get. At these prices, I would expect overall ingredient quality to be better; however, everything was cooked fairly well as requested.

There pizza is absolutely amazing and the price is just as reasonable as and the food taste better than pizza hut or papa johns. The toppings are of great proportion and well placed the atmosphere is perfect for family or couples dining. There staff was so polite and helpful. I personally won't order pizza from anywhere else in the future. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience and some of the best pizza I've had in a long time.

As always they never disappoint. Great fresh food every time. Come here weekly and no matter what I get it’s delicious. Stromboli was yummy and spot on.

Ordered the Napolis pizza special and the onions and green peppers seemed likes they were microwaved or boiled then added to the pizza... very disappointing. Little Cesar's quality is higher than this!

This Napoli's location is my absolute favorite pizza spot when I want to have more authentic Italian food and I want to go out to get it. I only gave four stars on atmosphere because it is a little old school as far as the tables and they don't really focus on decor, but I think that's because all of their star quality is in the kitchen and in the service that they provide, which is so much more important than how the restaurant looks. They are great for take out as well, but it's really the food that makes me choose Napoli's for pizza ans Italian food, and it's the service that keeps me coming back this particular Napoli's location in Oakwood!
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is in a strip mall, so getting to the door is easy, but getting through the door may be tricky bc the doors are a bit narrow. But the accessibility once you're in is very high - you can easily find seating with space to park a wheelchair.

This was the worst!!!! And I do mean the worst pizza I have ever had in my life, $60 worth, shocking since the reviews spoke highly of the place ?♀️ domino's would have been better and cheaper!..went straight into the trash after the 1st bite!!! ( bought 2 ) The crust was like eating cardboard, and the sauce had no taste at all very thin layer... the toppings tasted old..so disgusting ? so disappointed!!! I had a hot pocket for dinner... could have saved $60 bucks .. lesson learned!
