I’m sorry to say I will never ever eat at this restaurant again. The food was terrible the service was terrible. Don’t waste your time or your money, you will be disappointed. Please take my advice avoid this restaurant.

Yeah, this place has really gone to pot since 2020. Kinda gross, totally not worth the cost.....was one of my favorite spots....now I won't go back.

The gentleman taking orders, and he is a gentleman, was friendly, nice, polite and professional. He brought our order to us in the dining room. He had such a positive attitude and we felt he was our gracious host. He is a great example of who you want in an employee. Thank you so much.

Always a good place for lunch go early I think they are using a different fish now they have a shrimp special not a bad deal I got the fish and shrimp with the special of shrimp not bad the place is clean the service is great 14.00 and some change for lunch

There is little difference in Captain D's food from location to location. What holds the difference is the quality of service. This franchise Captain D's ownership cares about its customers and attempts to place quality staff in hopes of excellent customer service. What I find at this Captain D's is who is working when you go. There are teens whose cell phones are as if not more important than the customers. Then there are mature adults who know customer satisfaction is earned. What I hope ownership does is either hire 'mystery shoppers' to frequent the restaurant and report to ownership the findings at random times or be more observant to the cameras that allow seeing who does what *or better yet, who isn't doing what'. Either way, they can weed out the non-productive staff who are not serious and give customers the excellent customer service that this store has the potential to give consistently. THEN it can be a # 1 Captain D's.

Let me tell you what. I love eating that rice ball with fish on top. I can go back as much I want. The buffet had plenty on it to, I think. My wife gets all kinds of stuff. I love the back bar with rice balls. They got desserts too, you know you want that stuff. Hey, y'all enjoy now.
