Nothing Bundt Cakes

My wife had an event at her school and needed me to help with pick. The young lady helping was the nicest and most helpful person I could have ask for.

This is the very first time I have been treated like something less from this company. The lady behind the counter 1. Doesn't listen even after asking a question. 2. Lost out on business because I was going to get a couple of cakes for myself and friend but since she was a little rude I decided not to spend my money here. Now the 2nd lady that came out was so sweet but because of that first interaction I just wanted to get out. Also if your going to tell someone how to do their job make sure you know what they have to do before you bark orders at them.

Amazing experience and the BEST cake I have ever had, it was a huge hit. Picked up a fresh made raiders themed chocolate chip cake and by the end of the day he had already eaten almost all of it, just enough left for me to have a piece 🤣 I’ll never get a cake anywhere else, they have a forever customer with me!

They made an amazing gluten free chocolate chip cake that was moist with a cream cheese frosting! My family bought it for an event where multiple guests had gluten sensitivities, and everyone ended up enjoying it; of the entire dessert table, that cake disappeared quite quickly!

Hands down my favorite cake! So moist and love the cream cheese frosting!!

The staff are friendly and kind. The cake is so delicious me and my mom favorite spots to go.

Really wish I could give more than 5 stars! I love the employee that is there every time I go in! The manager there is super kind. I personally love all the decorations in the shop, the layout and display of all the cakes and flavors. It is worth every penny. I also got the surprise ball that unravels with different treats and toys. It was really cool. I went there for my 26th birthday and got the mini/personal confetti cake. It was delicious and the cake was so moist! 10/10 will come here for future events, parties, and small gatherings!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have a ton of kids, because I’ve fostered and adopted many children through the years, and they all love receiving their birthday cakes from here. Today was one of my many kids birthdays . So I excitedly made a pitstop to grab a lemon or lemon raspberry cake for my daughter‘s birthday today . The same store I’ve been going to for years . They know me well here. I enter the store and though there were two workers no one acknowledged me. These two workers were young, and obviously must be somewhat new as I had never seen them before . At first, I thought nothing of it and figured someone would soon address me so I waited around a while but still no acknowledgment. ** Here’s the worst part , During my wait time, I could hear a man in the back of the store very loudly either vomiting or making dry heaving sounds. I could hear other female voices too laughing. This continued on for sometime while I still stood waiting to be addressed . I mean , if even to be told, “we’ll be with you in a minute.” That would have been nice. However, that never happened and I got to continue listening to the vomiting sounds that kept rolling out of the back where they’re baking people‘s cakes‼️‼️ 🤮Finally, it was so loud and gross it honestly got to me. I gave up on being acknowledged and decided to just leave and go get my daughter a cake elsewhere. Looking back , I’m glad I wasn’t acknowledge because then I would’ve felt obligated to commit to buying a cake despite the disgusting sounds that I was hearing in the back. I’m not sure if a flavor of a cake was causing somebody to vomit or dry heave but I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back . It truly turned my stomach . I have no clue what they were doing to Customer’s cakes back there. Maybe that’s why there is a wall up where people can’t see the baking area? My time was seriously wasted and the experience definitely ruined me as a customer. And as far as an additional side note goes , please train your workers, despite whatever age you choose to hire at, to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in the door . In doing so it will make them feel like they are somewhat important or at least their money is. For the record , this just happened 30 minutes ago at the Waco TX location.

Price! Yall, the price is outrageous. We stopped in two days before Christmas and for their peppermint chocolate cake. It was $44! $44 for a small cake that serves 2-4 people. $44! All the wrapping and decor and frosting made it look so much bigger. Bit when we delved into it, it really only has about six slices to it. That’s $7 per slice y’all!!!! Wake up! Great taste but not worth $44.

Absolutely love stopping by for a single Bundt or for a celebration. The girls are always so lovely and kind! I definitely recommend that you try it out if you haven’t yet. Last place we knew of Bundt this good are in San Francisco. So happy to have this bakery here!

Everyone was so friendly and professional. The bundtlet cake was so delicious, it's so much better then kroger cake and it's worth the money.
Very clean the place and felt so welcome.
