The hostesses, Allie and Hope, greeted us with a very welcoming and delightful attitude. They made accommodations for our party of 5, which included a person with a walker. The manager also showed us a convenient place to store the walker. Great customer service!

Not happy with this Olive garden whatsoever this is the second time I have drove from Cleveland Georgia to Gainesville to get spaghetti from the Olive garden. I ordered to go and specifically asked them to make me a fresh salad because the last time I was there the salad was not only wilted but had rotten lettuce in it.
20 minutes later I get to my friend's house there's hardly any spaghetti sauce so I called the store talk to the manager he sent me a free meal via email for the next time I go and he apologized very nice young man. I finally get home warm up my dinner to finish eating it open up my salad and you can tell that it was not made fresh. The purple Onion was slimy and old.
Do not order anything takeout or to go because this is what you get from this particular Olive Garden for a $18 meal

We ate here today and we were so impressed. Calvin was our server and he went above and beyond. He was kind, attentive, and so accommodating. We had everything we needed and more. I don’t remember the last time we had a server that enjoyable. The food was better than I remember but it could just be that Calvin set the stage for such a pleasant experience. We will be back soon.

Too many young people. The history of customer service no longer exist at this place. I'm thankful.my daughter was able to find the manager Matt as he was very professional, attentive, and listened. It's unfortunate to not receive this kind of service upfront.

Awesome Sauce Dave highkey goated with the sauce but I think the manager is homophobic because he yelled at us for sharing pasta like come on bro it ain't that serious I'm not paying 13$ twice in this economy

Went for dinner 10/28/25 ordered steak med well. The photo was the result. I am not one to return food but am one not to return as a customer. Service was virtually non existent.
