Always a pleasure when we go here! Alex was our waitress and she was amazing ! Very helpful and attentive. Definitely felt that southern hospitality from her. Can’t wait to go back and ask for her again!

I always order the tour of Italy. However, last night, maybe because we went after 9 PM my chicken tasted like it’s been sitting or cooked for a while It wasn’t lying flush on my plate I knew right when I got it delivered something was not gonna be right with that I did not want to complain. I was on a date. The lettuce in the salad was already wilting, not fresh. Service was great, but the food not so much.

Great waitress. She was working hard to make sure we had a good visit. Ordered the new bucatini with spicy sauce. Got regular spaghetti instead of bucatini. Didn’t send it back. Not worth the re-do. The spicy sauce was very good. Otherwise solid experience as usual from Olive Garden

*Edit: They got it right tonight. Good sauce! Yes the sauce is spicy which is a good thing

Jared was very attentive! The zuppa Toscana was delicious! The breadsticks hot & tender. The new SPICY 3 meat sauce was fabulous along with the sausages. Great birthday dinner!

I can't blame the waitress bc she was bombarded with tables all at once. My party of 3 then a party of 8 was put in her section then 2 or 3 parties of 2 were put in her section all in 15 minutes. I blame the person seating people.

The food was so salty 🧂 we couldn't eat it and one of the dinners was frozen I had to cook it at home horrible horrible horrible I will never order again and I call 2 different times no manger ever picked up my call.

I went here for my grandma's birthday . Was told a 40 -45 minute wait for a party of 7 on Saturday around 5ish 6 pm, which is fine because they were fairly busy. However , We wanted an hour and 20 minutes. They do send a link to track your position on the list as we were number #1 on the tracker. I watched 2 parties of similar numbers go ahead of us, so I asked the host what was happening . I guess they go by sitting parties at particular tables rather than who is ever next on the list because I was told they were waiting for a certain table to leave before we could be seated, which I found strange since I have worked in the restaurant business for 10 years but I guess it's just their method. After we finally got seated, it was quite an enjoyable dinner. Our waitress was great, super sweet, and the food came out fairly quickly . If they could just tweak up on their transparency of time on seating or simply seating next on the list rather than certain tables, it would be a 5/5
