My wife and I stopped by for lunch on Apr. 24, 2024 and we were served by Brooke. She was prompt, welcoming and helpful. We haven’t been to this particular location before, but we were relaying on our previous experiences with Out Back. Even though they a large chain, we find them to be very consistent in food and service. I think the Gainesville location has added to our confidence in the chain. Brooke was a very professional server who seemed to really enjoy her job. She laughed and “cut up” with us while taking our order and promptly put our order in. The food arrived exactly as ordered (not surprising for Out Back) and it was delicious. We left the restaurant feeling as if we were old regulars and Brooke was our “go to” server. I highly recommend Out Back in general, and this location in particular. Ask for Brooke.

A large group of friends and I had originally attempted to make reservations at Texas Roadhouse down the street. We were basically told no and then pushed back one hour then two.We all decided to check out Outback and were pleasantly surprised when they accommodating our party of 20 and sat us within 5 mins, without calling ahead.Lexie was top notch and had zero issues with our loud and wild group celebrating a wonderful friend’s surprise birthday dinner!The MOD (did not catch her name) went above and beyond to take care of everyone of us.Will definitely be back!

The food was very good as usual. The steak and lobster was perfectly prepared .
The interior is just ✨PERFECT✨ plus our waiter Joe is just phenomenal! And when I say phenomenal I mean it! Before we even got into the restraunt there he was greeting us at the door. And because we are his “regulars” he already knew all our orders and our drinks were already placed on the table for us. This man truly deserves a raise. Bonus points- I asked my family members and they said all of their food was cooked to perfection! This place truly is the go to place.

Listen, I don’t give five stars. Jasper has been one of the absolute best servers I’ve ever had. He’s friendly. Polite. Very well mannered. I can’t say enough good things about him. Bailey was also amazing. We’ve been to this particular restaurant dozens of times. We live over 45 miles away. Ands this was the best experience I’ve had at any “chain” restaurant.
Not only was our food awesome, so was our waiter. The atmosphere here is so fun and positive, and my husband and I had a great date night! The manager even came over as we sat to introduce himself to us! I loved it! I recommend !
We ate here tonight. Called ahead & we were seated right away when we arrived. Our waitress Shane was AMAZING. She blew us away. Everything was perfect. She was extremely attentive. We had our refills at our drinks being half empty. She boxed up our food for us. Checked on us multiple times. No complaints at all. We left her a great tip because she deserved it. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had eating out. The manager was wonderful too. She came by our table twice to ask us how things were. They were not very busy which is why we got as much attention as we did. But had to give her props for her service. Ask for Shane!!
