I arrived at 10:35 and they were already closed, even though the schedule says they close at 11. I respect opening hours because I work in customer service, but closing 30 minutes early is not right.

I'm positive this person is her family member that she is serving. There's 14 plates for him and she's making his 15. Every other customer has been ignored. Me and 3 other families gave up waiting and left. From the tone in her voice and the way she spoke to the guy and then OVER jammed his plates running out of food twice while serving him. There's no way possible anyone else could have meals. After the second time of running out of food there was no way I waiting another 20 mins just to get my food before I could even eat. Meanwhile his plates wouldn't even close they were so full. Go to the new one. Don't waste your time at this one.

I brought a bigger plate and ordered two extra entrees, and got scammed! The portion sizes are ridiculously small, I paid extra for a bigger plate and I feel like I got less food! I got a bowl and two tiny boxes, when inside to talk to the employees cause I thought they accidentally made a mistake, they could’ve cared less and proceeded to said it was correct.

I ordered thought door dash and the restaurant took over an hour for my food to get here then it was cold and barely any meats in the food it was mostly rice and noodles don't order from them again
This location was above average for a Panda. The noodles were really fresh and tasty. The only downside was the flies that were inside. Not sure what was up with that as it was our first visit to this new location.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a plate. I ordered two beverages and they only gave me one. The fried rice had stuck together over cooked scrapings from the bottom of the pan. Under my kung pao chicken was more rice so it was not a full serving. I’ve had Panda Express from the John’s Creek location and it was really fresh, abundant and delicious. IDK why the Gainesville and Buford locations cannot do better.

This was my first time at panda express and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere, service, and food was exceptional. The worker named Rio went above and beyond in customer service here. Rio took the time to make recommendations and explain the different options available to me. This man deserves praise 👏. I highly recommend this establishment.
