Very clean and efficient. The employees are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The food is unmatched here in Gainesville as far as Chinese food goes. I'll give it more than five stars if at all possible.

They have been consistently out of supplies, & food for the past month, had to get paper towels out of bathroom for napkins on last visit. Was told I needed to wear a mask to enter building today, I pointed out the 7-9 customers already in there were not wearing them, I was told they were eating, 3 of them done eating & socializing with out masks, mentioned the 3 ppl that walked out not wearing them when I entered, was told they even eating as well.Service has been getting worse on every visit over the past year

The restaurant could make a lot of money but it's obviously poor management. The owner just needs to close the doors!if I give this place a -☆

Go in at 9:12 to be precise, oh the inside is closed with the doors open, please go through the drive through.Go to the drive through, the drive through person walks away. I asked him you close at 9:30? Reply: What do you want. Change your bloody time, so customers don’t come before you close. Ridiculous

Food needs a lot of work . ALOT. I used to love this place when it first opened up. They actually cared then . Now this place just doesnt care. At all. I usually always order chow main , I now call it main cabbage, because now it is mainly cabbage. I also order honey walnut shrimp , 5:30 on a friday and they have None. I go back another time , I get honey walnut shrimp only for it to be soggy☹ I want spring rolls , they either dont have them or they are rubbery. Everytime I try to give this location another chance I keep regretting it. Also stopped serving the teriyaki sauce off the line and serve the thin junk in the packets. ?

Went through the drive thru tonight. Waited 10 minutes for a large orange chicken. When we got home, there was maybe enough orange chicken in the box for a medium box. This is the second time I’ve had this experience at this location. I tried calling to report the issue; however, no one answers the phone. As you can see the inside of the box is untouched.
I had the spring rolls,and the cream cheese wontons. Everything was fresh and hot ?

Absolute worst service I’ve seen at a Panda Express. District Manager may want to hold a customer service class/meeting in order to encourage respect towards customers. Will not be eating here again or recommend this to anyone I care about.

Eaten here several times. 1st time it was good. Steadily declined there after. Cold food. Extremely hard or chewy. Rice was not cooked all the way. Worst of all, my co-workers chicken was not cooked all the way.

I’ve been to several different Panda Express stores and the one in Gainesville Ga is the worst. I’ve been, waited a month or so, back again, and now the 3rd strike. I won’t go back. Food is ok but not great and the service is never good.
